    wow did i ask WHY the rule was there, umm no don't think so, and last time i checked the entire purpose of a journal is to VENT AND VOICE OPINIONS so i will complain all i want. kthx.

    The rule is there to make sure that topics have a hold as in they are something to catch people's eye and make them want to comment, correct me if I'm wrong. And don't complain or it'll get you banned from journals.
