I gained five pounds when I weighed myself one day (I also panicked) and then the next week I was less than what I was five pounds before that. So, it may be normal. But I freaked. Lol.
Oh, and i wish I had a field day...

sweety you are 14 it is normal for you to gain 5 pounds in 2 or 3 months I think you have a problem you should talk to someone Im not trying to be mean I am just worried about you and I dont want you to do anything to hurt youself and not letting your body grow would be hurting yourself
