Basically we all think of ourselves in a totally twisted version of actual reality. You may see yourself as ugly and fat when you are like 89 pounds and look beautiful(despite the fact that really tiny people usually look gross). It's all in how you choose to view yourself. Everyone has beauty whether it is internal or external. The trick is to ignore all the negative thoughts and listen to your friends. If they say you're beautiful they probably aren't lying.
