Sorry, didn't see your question before... so maybe you've already figured it out.
Well, you go to Submit New Article and choose Reviews-Book as a category. Then it's pretty much a piece of cake ^^
When you submit it, it will tak e while for it to appear as it has to be approved. And I guess that's all.
