Awhh, that really sucks. :|
I hate when that happens, but maybe try writing your stories in the draft section on mibba. That way you can save them, and edit them before posting. Or you could always try Microsoft word. :D

I know the feeling, I feel your pain, I usually throw stuff around until I calm down, or write it as fast as possible to have it all back

That's why you write in a word program first >.o
