Having a broken heart is probably one of the most horrid feelings ever. My first real boyfriend of three months broke up with me on the last day of school, which is June 26th for me. I finally realized I THINK I'm done with it today, on my way up to Massachusettes for some family vacation.

He never told me the reason for breaking my heart until a week ago. Apparently, he broke up with me because 'I was too good for him.' And, 'I was so pretty and so nice that if anything ever happened over the summer he would feel like crap and kill himself'.

I'm honestly not so sure I believe that, even though things were going so good. Maybe we really will just be better off as friends.

But, anyway, I hope things work out for you for the better. Love sucks, and I'm not so sure I ever want to expierience anything like that again, but I know there are other people out there. It takes time.
