    Incest is kinda creepy,
but if they wanna write it i say okayy, your the one opening yourself up to be bitched at.
This will sound weird but i kindah want them to read it just to see what they'd say.

Its not real. The people who write them know they don't fuck each other. We all know that Gerard and Mikey don't sleep with each other. Gosh. And its a fiction story, it's not real.

Meh, the incest stuff doesn't bother me. I figure I'm open minded enough about the fanfiction these days.

Oh, that sounds so terrible. It's like.... you wouldn't do it in real life. I Woudn't do it in real life, because I think I'd rather swim in a pit of razor blades and dog vomit than boink my own brother.

When it comes to fanfiction though, it's just fiction. It's the same property that states that if you have some REALLY weird porn fetish you're generally not going to act on it.

I have to agree with skank.
I can stand it to a point, such as wanting to show the different ranges of emotion on the complexity of that type of relationship. If it's written well enough, it's not even about the sex, it's about the emotions and everything else that's being portrayed.
I know that they don't have sex, but it is fiction and everyone has the freedom to write however they please, even if it isn't morally right for others.
I do understand what you're saying though. The stories that I've read, some of them are just like.."I'm hot, you're hot, I'm going to rape my little brother", type deal, and it's terribly written and not at all in depth whatsoever. Those stories bother me a bit.
Maybe it's a way of coping with things that have happened to them (the authors) in the past, who knows? Maybe they use it as a release, I'm really no one to judge.
But I do understand what you're saying.

That's why it's called fiction. Fiction isn't real. They can write whatever the hell they want, be it incest or the whole band participating in an orgy.

I don't personally like incest and I happen to know that the way brothers don't either but whatever people want to write is fine. They are entitled to their own opinion. I just dont read it.

    I totally agree with you.

Unfortunately a lot of others don't.

It's called fiction for a reason.

And incest is an extremely complex relationship to write about. Far more so than the average heterosexual/homosexual one. People who write it well don't write it because, "Lulz, they're hawt, let's much them 'boink' each other." They do it because of the complexity of it and the range of emotions they get to portray through their writing. If done well, it makes for a very good story. It's not about the characters so much as the relationship. You could use two original characters and it would still be the same idea.
