I'm with the first two comments. Its more of an annoyance than a pain. But I'd say go for it, and if you don't like it, you can always take it out.

Well if you're wanting an honest opinion from me,
I'd say getting your lip peirced in the middle,
Doesn't look good in my opinion,
Your lips would be really pretty if you do it on your right or left side of your mouth... :)
But that's my only opinion.... ^_^

I have mine done, and it's really not that painfull. Just sore for a few days afterwards, so you can't really laugh that hard ^^

I've got my lip pierced and if your wondering about the pain, there isn't really any. Getting it pierced does kinda bring a little water to your eyes but really it doesn't hurt at all. Plus to clean it properly you can easily take it out and put it back in. I'd say get it done because it's so cool.
