Everyone has writers block sometimes, I find it really hard to believe someone could have it all the time. A break may be all there is needed to get over writers block. I never finished half of my stories, almost all of them. Sometimes it takes time and patience to write faster.
It's an evolving thing for the better. You'll overcome it eventually. Plus, like you said, there's a lot of time until you need to start a career.
