Society hasn't gotten worse; you just haven't noticed until now. Trust me.
Though I like the fact that some people are assholes. Then again, I thrive on conflict. It's not so much that I LIKE evil, but I like the contradiction it brings. And without war, peace can't exist. Without evil, good can't exist. I know it sounds not worth it, but it's how it has to be. And personally, I prefer it that way. If everything was good, all the time, I would be excruciatingly bored. And NO ONE would appreciate or recognise that it is good.
