I Hate you....................writers block

HELLO! I have horrible writers block and I can't think of a new chapter for my story. And I'm trying to write a story about Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds but can't think of a title or the main theme pretty much. I get so annoyed when this happens to me :/ it totally SUCKS. Soo if anyone reading this has any ideas can you help? I'll love you forever and give you a cookie! :D ...ok not really.... but please? I really need ideas and my mind is blank. :(
