I hate when that happens
But, usually when I'm stuck on titles, I listen to music... or browse around poetry and stuff like that, trying to get an idea... or maybe find something I can use like a specific lyric or sentence.
I just finished shrugging off a bit of Writer's block myself. How I did it? By joining writing contests (not too much of course), but all of them was stuff I can't handle, like song-fiction, I suck at them so I entered two song-fiction contest and I even opened a contest myself.
