Book Suggestions?

Hello my children! How have you all been? Happy i hope.

So I'm looking for a book...

I'm going to be very specific about this book starting... NOW

So i don't want any make believe things in my book. That means no vampires, no fairies, no witches and no robots.

It still has to be fiction though, and it has to be a good book.

I don't really mind if it has a love twist but it can't all be the whole i love him, but no, i love him sort of book.

It has to be interesting please, and no one of those Tom Sawyer sort of books.

It has to be set in our time PLEASE.
