Norway ._.

So today i decide to go to CNN.com when i saw a huge breaking new on Norway that there was a terror in Norway i was kinda shock that they put a bomb government building 9 people were killed and lot of people were injure. At least they arrest the terrorist but what make me think is why that terrorist put a bomb in the Governor office? I don't know so much about Norway like their politic and their economy...I feel bad those who were there in that bomb..I don't know what should i say but i wish luck to Norway :/
