Being Freshman in High school at a New School !!! D': HELP ME!!

So, when next school year I will be going to a new school as a Freshman in Highschool.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I'm am scared out of my F**KING MIND!! Who am I going to sit with at lunch?? What is Highschool really like? In movies they have "Cliques". Is what you see in movies the same as 'actual' high school?

Please help me and give me tips for starting high school .

& also, please tell me what your first day of being a Freshman like.
