im having trouble

so i have started out a few stories i thought would have gone somewhere but haven not so i decided to just delete them for that. well now i have a few good ideas in my head that would be a great story i just simply don't know how to convey all the ideas in my head. the ones i deleted i know i could have done so much better, but as I am growing as a person i feel like i am improving as a so-called writer. so hopefully soon i'll be able to write something i know will be good. My problem is my mind gets so scattered and and I grow impatient, so ergh
