So my best friends boyfriend was talking to me at lunch time, after she left for a Cross Country meet, about how he didn't want to be with her anymore, but he didn't want to break-up with her because he didn't know anybody else he could go out with and he didn't want to be alone.

I have NO idea what to do here, I've never been in this kind of situation before. Should I tell her? I mean, I dunno.. I guess I'm just scared she won't believe me, or it'll start some BIG fight and I'll be in the middle of it!
