The Third Eye by Lois Duncan

Eighteen-year-old Karen Connors is almost done with high school and she feels as if she is finally fitting in. But when a little boy she was babysitting goes missing, Karen receives her first vision. After this incident, she finds she has a psychic ability--the third eye as it's often called--and when a police officer sees this ability, he asks her to help find missing children.
