A short prequel to Ink. Katie Greene's mother is now dead and her grandparents in Canada are momentarily unable to take her in. Katie must then fight the pain of her sudden loss, get a grip on her new life and make a few life-changing decisions. In Japan, Yuu Tomohiro struggles with his nightmares and the omens of death that comes with them. He becomes aware his strange abilities might end up hurting someone he cares for, so he keeps everyone, even his girlfriend, Myu, at arm's length.
