Harry Roth and Alison Shandling do not get along with each other too well. He's rude and obnoxious and she is studious and reserved. His making fun of her brother with Autism also doesn't do much for her disdain for him either. She constantly tries to ignore him, but they always see each other at school and synagogue. But then, Harry is severely injured in car accident so now he's pecked down a few gears and becomes introverted. Now they find themselves connected in an entirely new light and form a friendship that has potential to turn into more.
