The art piece that was awakened is now alive and searching for the Sacred Maiden, which he believes is Risa, who is now alone without Dark at the top of the Ferris wheel during a power outage. Sensing her being in danger, Dark alerts Daisuke, but when they make it to where she is, the find she is no longer there and that Argentine, the artifact, has taken her. When Daisuke is about to go off to save her, Dark tells Daisuke that he can't help him and that he'll have to save her on his own.
