I liked this book even though it's not my thing at all. I am much closer to works like Touching Spirit Bear which I have reread a couple of times as one of my favorites and even recommended it to friends. Although I found it on visit this page as a summary and immediately wanted to read the full story that got away from me. And as for this book it can be called a good experience and maybe a good introduction to such a new and unloved genre for me.
