Thai red chicken curry

I have been eating hummus like it's going out of style. The red pepper is my favorite flavor, and I like to eat it with pretzel chips instead of pita chips. I wasn't a fan of pita chips; I thought they were too crunchy. Pretzel chips are the way to go.

Chinese food in general- I have been craving it in the absolute worst way lately.

I'm really not all too picky with food, I just love food in general cuz I'm a pig like that.

But if I had to pick one food obsession, I think it would be phở (Vietnamese noodle soup.) It has rice noodles, beef brisket that falls apart in your mouth, thai basil that adds that hint of flavor and the thai chili that gives the broth that kick. It's just everything I love in one steamy, delicious bowl of satisfaction...
Though, I like pad thai too...yeah, pad thai is amazing... I also like the Korean japchae noodles, ugh yum... but then so is Japanese ramen. Ramen is life.

---can I just say noodles?? Would that count?
This forum is seriously making me super hungry... piggy, out.

Freaking apples man. Give me all the apples - I'll eat them all. Of course they have to be super expensive because that's just the way life is. But still. Yum yum <3

Dark olives. It's not like I eat them all the time, but when I do eat them I just can't stop... seriously.

As it's getting to be fall, anything and everything pumpkin. I start craving pumpkin things in the beginning of September and it doesn't die down until February.

Sushi. Tons and tons of sushi.

I found these Japanese cookies at the World Market that are panda shaped and they taste amazing.

This anchovies and potato (cut into cute little cubes) dried chilli dish that my mom made (and I just recently learned how to cook it). It's very hot and spicy but also crunchy (because of the fried anchovies) and just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!!!

And the best part is, you can keep it for a few days and keep reheating it (by re-frying it without oil) and eat it with plain white rice and it's so delicious!!
