1 slice of wholewheat bread with margarine and strawberry jam 1 pear 1 jack potato with black bean and spinach curry half an avocado + wholewheat bread sandwich 3 or 4 ginger snaps with tea lots and lots of cinnamon pancakes with strawberry jam 2 glasses plain soy milk + 1 carton chocolate soy milk tea and water
essentially, I eat cake all the time, though I should've put some salad on my sandwich and thus had another serving of fresh fruit/veg. oh well.
Two pieces of raisin bread, with butter. Apple and grape fruit bag. Packet of skittles. Vegetable goulash and rice. Pasta in tomato sauce with a giant mushroom. Three caramel and chocolate crispy bites. Water, coffee, caramel frappaccino.
1 can of sweetcorn. 1 can of tuna. 5 6 pieces of gum. 1 500ml bottle and 1 330ml of diet coke. 1.5 litres of water. A mouthful of blue slushie. 1 Options hazelnut hot chocolate.
A few mouthfuls of smoothie. A few mouthfuls of natural yoghurt. 1 can of Scotch Broth soup. 1 chicken Cup-a-soup. 1 Options hazelnut hot chocolate. 1 kiwi.
October 6th: 1 250ml can of sweetcorn with a fuck load of ketchup. A few mouthfuls of natural yoghurt. Copious amounts of Diet Coke.
Three pancakes. And that's literally been it. And it's almost been 12 hours since I last ate. I just really haven't had an appetite & foods been making me sick feeling lately.
bagel with butter more bagels with butter grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, some fruit punch an apple balsmic tomato mozzarella salad a handful of gummi worms and a chocolate chip cookie with a tall glass of milk. i'm happy :P
