A cheese stick.
An Up&Go.
A 6 inch sub.
Two cookies.
A mini chocolate bar.

Bacon sandwich.
Pasta with ham and carbonara sauce.
Alpen bar.
A small bread bun.
A bowl of Frosties.

Two scones with butter and jam.
One slice of bread, plain.
One rice crispy cake.
One packet of crisps.
A slice of pizza and some pasta in sweet pepper sauce.
A cherry yogurt.
Water, milk.

1 slice of wholewheat bread with margarine and strawberry jam
1 pear
1 jack potato with black bean and spinach curry
half an avocado + wholewheat bread sandwich
3 or 4 ginger snaps with tea
lots and lots of cinnamon pancakes with strawberry jam
2 glasses plain soy milk + 1 carton chocolate soy milk
tea and water

essentially, I eat cake all the time, though I should've put some salad on my sandwich and thus had another serving of fresh fruit/veg. oh well.

Two pieces of raisin bread, with butter.
Apple and grape fruit bag.
Packet of skittles.
Vegetable goulash and rice.
Pasta in tomato sauce with a giant mushroom.
Three caramel and chocolate crispy bites.
Water, coffee, caramel frappaccino.

1 can of sweetcorn.
1 can of tuna.
5 6 pieces of gum.
1 500ml bottle and 1 330ml of diet coke.
1.5 litres of water.
A mouthful of blue slushie.
1 Options hazelnut hot chocolate.

2 scrambled eggs.

1 Options hazelnut hot chocolate.
1 kiwi.

October 6th:
1 250ml can of sweetcorn with a fuck load of ketchup.
A few mouthfuls of natural yoghurt.
Copious amounts of Diet Coke.

A toasted muffin.
A packet of walkers light.
Chicken Satays (small)
Low fat Spaghetti and meatballs.
Small toffee cheesecake.

i haven't eaten anything today yet, but i'm about to go make myself some lentil soup.

Three pancakes.
And that's literally been it. And it's almost been 12 hours since I last ate. I just really haven't had an appetite & foods been making me sick feeling lately.

grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, some fruit punch

balsmic tomato mozzarella salad
a handful of gummi worms
and a chocolate chip cookie with a tall glass of milk. i'm happy :P

.....but i should eat more

Just water, coca cola and gum so far. I'm going to make some soup or some sweetcorn when I get home, though.
