I'm pretty sure she's going to say no, though. She isn't going to throw away New York for that.

Okay you pretty much said everything I wanted to, but was unable to when I posted at like 2 am. (other than the finchel thing...sorry, I like that ship and all, but on this we can agree to disagree.) I think I would have loved it more if I hadn't been flipping the fuck out for like weeks ahead of time. I don't know what I expected it to be, but it was sort of...I dunno odd. All the same, I did still love it. And yeah, the stuff with Blaine was narmy as heck. At least, Finn commented on the eye-patch in a way that was sorta funny (which made it slightly less awkward that me and my boyfriend were already making jokes about it all.) And I forgot to mention how WIN Artie was! But then, he always wins at MJ and Kevin always wins at dancing, so it was sort of a given (and one of the things I was most excited about in the episode.)
- The Futurist;;:
- Gah, was so mad when I couldn't watch the MJ episode when it aired. But I did get to watch it this morning with my brother.
I think one word really sums it all up: EPIC!
Though it wasn't as good as I thought is was going to be, but that is just because my brain had come up with these mega ideas for the past however many weeks. This is why they should pull on a hiatus before a much anticipated episode!
There were a lot of cute moments in this episode. Kurt and Blaine, Kurt and Burt, Sam and Mercedes and Finn and Rachel. Am I the only one who is really excited about the Finchel possibilities here!? It may be because I have shipped this relationship hardcore from the very first episode oh-so long ago. Though, as a strategy point, I wouldn't let it leak that Finn, Rachel and Kurt are going to be back next season. You know, just so we can hope for Rachel and Kurt about NYATA (??)
The one bad thing about this is that most of the time during 'Bad' I wanted to facepalm at the cheesiness of the situation. I thought it was a bit dramatic, but I did slowly forget about it. until i saw blaine in with an eye-patch.
What else . . . . Santana and Quinn for the win in this episode! Especially Santana. Also Artie. I was so excited to see him dance again, especially with how excited Kevin was with his scene with Harry.
Okay. Think that is really all I had to say about that episode.
Oh, and so excited for the next episode.
Ricky Martin FTW
Didn't realize I wrote that much
That's fine with me about the Finchel. It seems like not many people care about them much anymore. -shrugs- I will always have their back. And exactly! I have no idea what I thought was going to happen? Did I expect them to revive MJ and him to randomly show up in the episode!? With the amount of time we had to think about it that might have actually been one of the possibilities. I just had said something about him being a pirate and then Finn pulled out the pirate movies. It was amazing timing. Finn and I are linked.

Next episode seems a little random, but hey, I like Ricky Martin and I'm hoping for some bilingual bonus-y type fun with it.
