I truly think I have or are near an addiction to a certain thing that would be a bit TMI.
I try to give it up but can't.
masturbation I need counseling, but I can't bring myself to actually discuss it due to guilt. It's just not any type, which is why I feel so guilty for it.

dieting, epic meal time -how ironic!- love, baked cheetos, spontaneous writing, google, high heels, eyeliner, and other girly things :)

My addiction is listening to Get The Led Out on Q104.3. It's really awesome. It's a whole hour dedicated to Led Zeppelin. It comes on at 8 am then again at 8 pm. Mondays is a whole hour, tuesday is two songs and wedenesday through friday is three or four songs. Saturday and sunday it doesn't come on so for two days I walk around like a trembling heroin addict. That is my addiction....

Cutting released the pain and emotion and makes me feel better,
Gaming helps me escape from reality
Writing and reading also helps me as well.
