    Roseh; I love you:
I've had a thing recently when I go onto Dujo's profile just to see what's been complained about. I don't get to see much of Mibba's "ugly side" and I wanted to experience it.

Wow. I must seem really weird now.
I actually wish people wouldn't report things to Dujo's profile. It's not a report box, sending him a PM (or sending a PM to any other admin) works just as well. What I don't like is that sometimes it borders on public ridicule. Everyone can see Dujo's comments, so when you put a link to someone's profile going 'this user has really bad grammar' or 'this person is a fake', I just think it's unfair because we don't allow it on the boards and it could just as easily be dealt with privately.

    Oops

I thought people did that because that was what you were meant to do - either that or report to an admin. I've done it as well Facepalm

    I fail.

Well, I don't think it's your fault if you have because so many other people do it, so I'm not blaming you at all. It's not that you're not 'meant' to do it, either, there's no rule against it XD But these are my personal feelings and we do generally say contact an admin via PM, not report to Dujo's profile directly.

^ No, that's just adorable! Cute

    Good to know. tehe

I actually do that too! Every so often I'll visit Dujo's profile just to see the kinds of things people are being reported for or, as you put it, Mibba's "ugly side".

Yeah. I agree. Usually any reporting drama I see stems from, "So I went on Dujo's profile and saw that so and so reported me, so I reported her and...."

I know I personally hate when people report things on my profile (specifically because of the public ridicule thing), so I delete those comments as soon as I can copy all the information.

I also feel bad for the guy because all his comments are of Mibba member's bickering amongst themselves. No

I did that a minute ago.

No Never again.... I read one of those journals that was reported because it was harassing some girl and I wanted to cry or puke. How can people be so heartless?

Every so often I'll run my cursor over the links in the Online list to see if I can find someone - anyone - whose URL ends with 10000 or lower. Then I'll look at their profile to see how active they are, 'cause they've been here pretty much since the beginning.

I just find it interesting to see how many older members might still be around.

I can't believe how big Mibba is. I'm member number 4006 and I still don't think I've been around for that long. XD

I recognize more members by avatar than their usernames. I'm so much more likely to take a glimpse at someone's avatar than their icon when commenting things (stories, journals, forum posts). So if someone I know changes their icon (but not their username), I won't even know who they are unless they say something that makes me think, "Do I know you?"

I often end up confusing so many members for Dru because of that, until I realize that something they said doesn't 'sound' like Dru, so I glance down at the username.

It's funny you say that about recognizing people by their avatar's because just recently when I changed mine I didn't recognize any of my posts while scrolling down pages. I guess it's because I never usually use avatars like the one I have now, I'm usually using a Gwen Stefani or Shirley Manson avatar.

I was unrecognizable to myself. XD

I get that with signature styles. If someone usually has the same style to their signature and then suddenly changes I'm totally lost.
So it figures that since I've started using gradients in mine I keept wondering who the person is with my username. tehe

Mibba secret: my first impression of Lee was that I didn't like her 'cause I thought she was jumping all up on my Wonderland and now she's one of my best Mibba friends. Coffee

    I'm number 1555.

I'm constantly checking the Things You Hate to See in Stories. Part deux. board, because I know I'm guilty of doing some things that are mentioned, and it helps me stop.

    I'm #359.
I read this and then I suddenly remembered that on INO, Amber was 361. What is this useless information that my brain insists on storing. Oy.

Anyway my Mibba secret is that I compulsively hit the link button when I'm reading a post. And that I've discovered that on the General Q&A thread, when you hit link on the first post of a page it redirects you to the page before it. Mibba is so weird. tehe

I always look at the story/drabble/chapter before I claim. Same with photo comments.
