Halestorm

Has anyone heard of Halestorm? If you have what is your favorite song? And have you gotten to see them live?

I'm not sure if I have just one favorite song by them, it would have to be a three-way tie between Familiar Taste of Poison, I'm Not an Angel, and Better Sorry Than Safe. Although I really love I Get Off and It's Not You as well.

I haven't got to see them live yet, but I would love to! :D

I saw the video for "I Get Off" on Fuse the other day, and fell in love. It's so hard to find a good rock group with a female lead singer.

I'd love to hear more by them.

Okay this thread hasn't been posted in in three years, but I just fell in love with this band very recently. I have their album "A strange case of..." and I can't stop listening to it.

I love Halestorm!! I saw a bit of them at Uproar, i didnt know they played until a day or so before and when i got there my friend wanted to use the restroom so i missed most of their set..but from what i saw it was amazing and i was pissed that no one was standing up and half the seats were empty...such a shame for such an awesome band...i LOVE "its not you.." "love/hate heartbreak" "love bites (so do i)" and "heres to us"

They just played in Chicago yesterday, but I didn't get to go. :( A: I found out about it like 2 days prior upon just getting into them, and B: I think the venue was in an unsafe part of the city, plus the weather was shit.

I first heard "Love Bites" on the radio and it was love at first listen. Then I was eargasming to that song and "I Miss The Misery" and now I'm eargasming to the whole CD, and I swear if there was ever a song written to describe my life to a T "Rock Show" is it. I love that song so much. (As you can tell by my signature XD )

Um... Why isn't this ever posted in? This band is great. Seriously. I mean... Lzzy Hale.

I recently got "The strange case of..." and omg, Freak Like Me is a fabulous song!

I know! I never knew of them before UPROAR when Disturbed headlined, but I loved them! They were great!

What's your favorite song? In general.

I mildly heard of them but for some reason I always thought they were like hardcore screamo, so I never listened to them, until I heard "Love Bites" on the radio, and soon followed by "I Miss The Misery" and then I was in love. I love how they are mixed up with the aggressive angsty songs, and also have the slow ballad types. "Break In" is probably one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.

My favorite song by them is a tough one. It's a tie between "Rock Show" and "Innocence" I swear "Rock Show" is the story of my life. I freaking love it.

I haven't really had the time to listen to the softer songs. At the moment, they kind of bore me (compared to the rest of the album) so I just... Tend to skip the songs. But eventually I will listen to them.

The album's still growing on me, though. I definitely like I Miss the Misery and Love Bites (So Do I) but there are a couple songs like Daughters of the Darkness or something like that where they just bug me for some reason. Idk.

I think my all-time favorite would have to be The Familiar Taste of Poison. Lzzy's voice is incredible in it

FTOP is a great song, but if you love her voice in that one, you really should listen to "Break In" it's such a beautiful song.

Some of the songs on "Strange Case Of" bug me too for some reason....I think my least favorite is "American Boys" haha, but I love "you Call me a bitch like it's a bad thing" I love singing that one or blasting it in my car.

If there is anybody planning on attending the Halestorm/Bullet for my Valentine show May 22nd in Milwaukee, WI, I know where you can get tickets for cheaper prices. I don't think I have a favourite song though.

I've been listening to Halestorm for four years now. I was on another writing site and a friend of mine posted an Avenged Sevenfold fan fic story based off their song "I Get Off" and I've been hooked ever since...

Can't really pick just one favorite... "I Get Off", "I'm Not An Angel", "Familiar Taste of Poison", "Innocence", "Better Sorry Than Safe", "Love Bites", "Mz. Hyde", "I Miss The Misery", "Rock Show", "You Call Me A Bitch Like It's A Bad Thing"... Oh, and "Private Parts" off the extended version of "Strange Case of..."

I saw them live at Uproar in 2010... They were amazing though Lzzy's super short hair didn't really look all that great. And I shall see them again this September at Aftershock!! Gonna get my ticket Tuesday... Avenged Sevenfold, Halestorm... Many other amazing bands that I love... Yep.
