Quirks

I constantly narrate in my head, but I have like a billion different lives going on up there. I hate reality.

Bittersweet Kiss:

We all have our quirks, but others stand out from the rest. What is/are your quirk(s)?

I narrate my life often, as if it was a book I was writing. I'm not sure if that's weird or not, but at least I don't narrate out loud! XD

I dance in the shower. That's also why I've got stiches in my cleavage at the moment.

I chew on my tongue when I'm in deep concentration. People always think I'm chewing gum and then ask me if they can have a piece.

I'm constantly observing things around me when I'm at school and home, re-narrating random events in my head as they would be written when I eventually put them into a story.

I talk to myself all the time. I narrate my life in my head. I convulse at random times for no apparent reason. I like playing with knives, especially when they're sharp and shiny ones. I can sit in a cold room with no jacket and I usually won't complain, but if it gets too hot, i'm immediately making a fuss and wanting to open windows. I sing loudly when I do the washing up. If i'm told not to do something, or if i know to do something would be the "bad" thing to do, i'm twice as likely to do it.

Meh, i'm not really all that quirky or interesting.

If I'm sitting down for too long I have to stand up and walk around for a little bit, before going back to what I was doing before Even if I'm in the middle of reading a story or writing.

I tend to make popping noises Like Donkey does in Shrek 2.
I'm skilled I tell you!

Whenever I'm running, I sing "We Are The Champions" in my head. Chicken Little style.

I cannot sleep with socks on. I just... can't.

^I can't sleep with socks on either. In fact, I can't have anything covering my feet whatsoever when I sleep.

I guess my most noticable "quirks" would be my laugh-- I have a really loud laugh that apparently sounds fake half the time haha, and I squeak and snort when I laugh. And also I have a lisp, which everyone thinks is adorable, but I think it's weird.

I also have OCD (yes, legitimately diagnosed, I'm not just saying that) so I do all these weird rituals with my fingers, toes, eyes, and lips. Haha. I'm always afraid people notice and are like, wtf.

I can't be still. I have to move at least one part of my body at all times. It may be a finger, it may be an arm, whatever, it just has to move.

I just find it so uncomfortable...

I pick my lips, like pick the skin off of them, I've been doing it since I was 4, so it doesn't hurt (anymore) I also have the habit of picking at my eyebrows....

If I'm in a group of people that don't know me really well, and a friend invited me, sometimes I pretend to text so they think I have more of a life than I really do :D.

Just goes to show how much of a life I have, really. I also do that when all my friends are texting because they all have like a gazillion friends from who-knows-where, and when I'm waiting for a ride (from my mom, of course. ) after school and everyone I know but don't talk to often comes out and starts walking home together or taking the bus or whatever.

I have conversations with myself and since I'm pretty biased towards the jokes I make, I always have to pretend I'm laughing at something credible when it's really just a lame story that's going on in my head.

I'm constantly talking to myself and narrating my life. And whenever something really big happens to me I always imagine what song would be playing if I were in a movie.
I always play with one little sention of hair when I'm thinking or reading. Or when I'm bored.
And I can't wear matching socks, it's just wrong to me somehow.
Oh, and when I use the microwave something I can't use numbers that have 0's or 5's at the end. Like, instead of 10 seconds, I microwave it for 9 or 11 seconds. :XD

I do that too.

I've seen a lot of posts where people constantly narrarate their lives, but they all do it in their head. I do that, too.
The big problem is when I narrarate out loud. I do it subconsciously! I've caught myself doing that in a store full of people before, and even at my best friend's house. She was sitting right next to me.
I hate it.

I use to think my life was like a video game where I only had one life left, so I
had to be careful. Quickly grew out of that, phew.

Now a days I tend to pick at my nails and play with my rings when I'm nervous.
I over analyse everything that goes on, it's really annoying to me.

I talk to myself when no one is around and I always keep a beat with tapping my
finger or my feet.

Pretty sure I have more, ha I'm just a very quirky person.

Me too, except it's an American accent. :P

All of my sneezes are obnoxiously loud. I can't help it.
I sing solfège syllables whenever I remember to (do, re, mi...).
My toes are really weird shaped.
I talk reallyreallyreallyreallyreally fast.

When I'm telling someone a story about a conversation I had with somebody I say "and then he was like, and then I was like" ALOT! lol. and i talk really fast which causes me to stutter. i also talk really loud...and then people stare. O.O

oh and my most favorite quirk....i talk about myself in third person sometimes(:
Like, if a teacher asks who knows the answer to the problem I stick my hand in the air and yell "Courtney knows!" lol(: habitt.
