It depends on how it travels. And you'd be getting loved ones trying to get in/out of the country. If the country was something like Canada, it'd be a pain to contain, because it's so big... but if it were somewhere like France, it'd also be a pain, because it's bordered by a bunch of other countries.

Anyways, back on topic. I honestly have no clue what I would do if a Zombie Virus was real. If it really did happen, and was in one country, I think the most logical thing to do would be to shut down all borders and travel in and out of that country. If you did that, absolutely NO ONE went in or out (long shot, I know), are the chances that it would stay in that country good?
Quarantining a country doesn't really work.
