My guy is the same way. I try to shave every 2-4 weeks, but yeah. He's not having sex with my legs, so . . .

When I was single, I only shaved my legs for sex/skirts.

Girls have certain...body methods. Including what happens after an egg in your ovary isn't born... Yeah you know that thing. It's really annoying, boys don't have it! '_'

*Boywise for me: the competitive macho thing, especially if you lose (which I obviously do).

*Girlwise: all the patriarchal expectations and double standards and being the main target of rape culture which is horrifying.

But then the worst part about being both boy and girl is probs social dysphoria, people thinking that your gender doesn't exist, being asked if you're a "hermaphrodite", assuming you're just either one or the other; the rest of the LGBT community not taking you seriously, etc. It's my gender identity. I really hate being derided for essentially calling myself a name and presenting my appearance in a way you don't like.
THIS!! THIS!!!!!! You posted what I wanted to post before I could even post it. Haha!

I identify as pans and gender fluid so I always get that awkward eye twitch when I try to explain myself. Especially by bisexuals or people who confuse bi and pans as the same thing. I am especially baffled by people who think that pans are just "self-hating bisexuals." It's ridiculous. I'm glad someone acknowledged the emotional ties to each gender role rather than "Oh, girls have boobs and guys have boners."

    Gracias!!

Some of the worst things about being is girl are:

    - Not able to adjust my boobs in public without getting weird stares, while my brother can walk around with his hand down his pants and not get a second glance.

    - Having freckles and not being seen more than just cute.

    - Having to shop for feminine hygiene products

    - Being told my place is "in the kitchen" and being raised thinking that is my place.

    - Cant hang out (when I was younger) with anyone without my parents because I would get pregnant. While my brother to this day does whatever he wants because he has a penis.

    - Because I'm tall and bigger I'm not as attractive because men "only want small girls". And that bigger build girls are seen as manly.

    - Having Double D boobs...there is like no cute bras for my cup size. And I cannot bend down without my back hurting because my boobs are so damn big.

Wow it sucks being a girl in my house. Sometimes I wish I was born a guy.

Hm? I've never gotten this joke before. Like Pans the Greek god?

I have gotten "So you basically just a slut, right?" and "So if you dont look at their outsides, does that mean you would have sex with a seven year old?" Which is severely disturbing. As if by "all sexes" we mean "all the sex humanly possible."

Oh, no, just 'cause of the name. "Oh, you're pan-sexual, do you like to have sex with pans?" My sibs made the joke way too much.

Periods. That's all I can say. Oh and the thought of giving birth. This deeply concerns me because of my disabilities. I can't even tell you the pain I'm in or express that pain... how the hell can I give birth to a baby?! The idea of that pretty much frightens me.

Also, other things that bother me are the whole feminine thing. Like, always having to wear dresses or skirts all the time. Honestly? I'm more of a tomboy, but not like full tomboy. I can wear skirts or dresses if it's part of a cosplay or with my capris... but I will never wear them just to be the girl that I am.

First of all yes I'm a girl and it drives me crazy when girls complain endlessly on their period. It's not that bad!! The worst thing for me about being a girl is just the stereotyping. A girl can't wear jeans, sweatshirts and no makeup with our getting judged.
Oh and the fact people assume a) I'm good at cooking when I'm more likely to burn the kitchen down b) my hand writing is pretty just cause im a girl when really it's a huge mess and c) I'm not as strong or fast as boys. With all due respect, I workout more than two hours a day normally so yeah stop making stupid assumptions.

    ^ You said it!

When females are assertive, they're a bitch. When males are assertive, they're the boss. This irks me a lot.

Late replier, but for me, having a period is that bad. I had to go on the pill so that I could skip periods because the pain is utterly unbearable; I get menstrual migraines, leg pain and back ache, nevermind cramps. Most women I know don't advertise it until it gets to the stage when it becomes that bad.

You must be fucking lucky if you feel it isn't "that bad". I wish I was you.

So, yes. Periods. I hate them, and will never stop dreading that time of the month.

Maybe and I really feel bad for you but what I meant was when girls and boys blame everything on their periods. I mean like "Youre so angry. You must be on your period" or "I have a right to be bitchy, I'm on my period.".
And just the fact that every girl here basically wrote that. I mean yes periods hurt, even a lot yes they're uncomfortable and kinda gross but it's not the end of the world and there are worst things. People act like its something so horrible.

Breasts, for one. Until I have babies, they're just in the way.

    Periods, of course.

Having big feet (being a girl sense). I wear a size nine, sometimes ten. When I'm at the mall and I see a pair of shoes I like, the biggest they usually have them in is a size eight. Guys don't seem to have this problem.

Shaving, I guess. I don't particularly like shaving, but I have an obsession. I hate having body hair. So, it's a necessary evil.

Being told I'm a bad woman/feminist because I like skirts, push-up bras, and heels. Sorry, I didn't realize being a good woman meant being just like you.

I have a feeling most women would say period relating things, and I agree, but that aside I would say how emotional women in general are compared to men in general. I wish I had less feelings.
