1. I think Tody had a thing for Liberty for a while. That is why he feels guilty about still liking her after he died.
2. After college started for her she became really stressed out.
3. I thought she did. I don't really know though. Either that or she moved before or after the shooting to get away from Rick totally. That is if she came out of that coma.

JT died as a result of some random kid stabbing him by his car.

I am not sure if he does now. But he lived with his brother for a while and then by himself.
