ZOOOOOOOOMM. They soon reached the Bat Cave, and Tim parked his bike in the garage.

Dick slid off as soon as the bike was parked. He moved towards the computer, throwing the cowl and his belt aside. He began to type, ignoring whether anyone else was around.

Damian, who'd been fiddling with a bike glanced at Tim. "What did you do now?"

"Make sure he didn't do something stupid," Tim shrugged, flopping onto a handy sofa, in a totally non-provocative pose.

Alfred walked through the door, somehow knowing they'd arrived back.
"Would the young masters like a drink?"

"Damian, get out." Dick ordered without looking up from the screen.

Damian glanced at Tim before answering Dick.

"Alfred," Dick glanced over his shoulder. "Get rid of Damian, please."

"A cup of tea would be nice, please," Tim replied with a smile.

Alfred nodded at Tim, before walking over to Damian, "Would you be so kind as to help me with a couple of jobs?"

Damian cocked an eyebrow at Alfred. "Whatever, I'll leave these two to have their little lovers tiff." He strode defiantly out of the cave.

Tim laid back on the sofa and gazed at the ceiling, not taking any notice of Damian. He was just being his usual delightful self.

Alfred left to make tea.

"Next time I tell you to leave me to do my own thing, I'd appriciate it if you listened." Dick didn't look at Tim as he spoke, instead he was rereading Bruce's account of Jason's death.

"I'll listen if I think it won't end with you being seriously injured or killed," Tim replied steadily.

"And how, exactly, was I going to get injured or killed by looking for someone?" Dick asked. He moved to a corner of the room where Tim wouldn't be able to see him and removed the costume, he never felt quite right in it. He pulled a pair of (really tight) jeans on instead and moved back to the computer.

"Because normal people don't usually hang out in sewers."
Tim blinked when he found himself staring at Dick's arse, but shook it off. He was just tired.

"I don't know what a normal person is." Dick retorted. "You forget, I was a circus performer and then a masked vigilante."

"Fine, people who aren't psychopathic killers don't hang out in sewers," Tim grimaced, turning his head a little to look at Dick.

"I'm going to bed..." Dick didn't feel much like arguing. He ran a hand through his hair and began to head off.

"Goodnight," Tim said softly, watching him go with a sympathetic expression on his face.

[This is where Commissioner Gordon and Alfred randomly come in and tell Tim to go bang him already ]

Dick kind of shrugged in reply and headed to his room. He closed the door behind him and slipped out of his jeans.

Tim immediately got up and went to see what Dick had been looking at.

Dick slipped into his bed, and hugged his covers.

Tim frowned as he saw exactly what Dick had been looking through. This was worse than he'd thought. At that moment, Alfred came back with his tea, asking, "Is everything okay, Master Tim?"
"Yeah, just Dick being, well, Dick," He grinned, taking the mug, "Thanks." He then said goodnight, and headed up towards the sleeping quarters, pausing outside Dick's door.

"Alfred? That you?" Dick called softly, he could have sworn he heard someone outside.
