Sex is whether you are biological male or female.
Gender is how you identify. Girl, boy, third gender, gender fluid, queer, femme boy, etc.

And don't feel bad. I didn't know the difference until the last year or so.

ive often wondered what sex is like for girls, but thats all

sometimes. i think i'd be more confident and i wouldn't care as much about my appearance. and oh man, if i didn't have to worry about my boob size or my period (+cramps), that'd be the life. though i might have to worry about.. another size, eh.
although, at the same time, i wouldn't be able to be as touchy with my friends (like a lot of girls are) without maybe being called gay or something. i dunno.
but some days i'd love to be a boy, but other days i'm so happy i'm a girl.

I'm happy to be a girl but I think I'd be happier as a boy. There's something about a penis that makes me feel like I'd have a lot more confidence if I had one.

The only time I've ever wanted a penis is when I'm out boating on the lake or the river and I REALLY REALLY HAVE TO FUCKING PEE.

Yes, I have for totally different reasons. It's weird, I get these like, flashbacks or something, but they're always about me and this one girl, and I just know that I'm a man in them. I don't know what it means...I might be posting this in the wrong thread though :x
But I've thought about wanting to be the opposite sex. Maybe if I was, I would meet this girl...

The only reason I would want to be a man is because of the opportunities they get because of their gender. I'm not really phrasing this right, though.

Like, I sometimes feel like I have a very boyish sense of humor, and a lot of the things I say or do would be funnier if I was a boy. I feel like I sometimes can't do some of these things because they just wouldn't be that funny because I'm a girl, haha. Like, think of bands and their live performances - wouldn't a lot of the silly things things that the guys do on stage be a lot less funny, and possibly just plain weird, if they were girls?

Job opportunities I think can be like this, too. Let's take the music business again; doesn't it seem like there are hardly any girls in there, like, anywhere? I feel like people would rather hire a boy instead of a girl to do things like go on tour and be a tech, or write for a magazine, or manage a band.

I'm not saying that girls don't have opportunities that suit them better as well, I'm just saying that these reasons are would why I'd wanna be a dude. :P

I wonder about the whole monthly appointment and how it feels. My friends think I am gay for wondering but I am curious.

I don't really want to be a boy per say, but I've had several dreams where I am totally a boy, penis and all. It's confusing when I wake up. I don't think really think I'd mind being a boy or a girl, sometimes I think it'd be awesome to just like...switch parts and assume a whole new identity whenever I want. If that makes sense? Like...be both, almost.

I have to agree on wanting to be able to take care of a girl more. I wish a was a dude so I could be more masculine. The shame.

It would be good to have an excuse not to shave your legs/armpits/other places. Because I find that such a trial and I hate the way it's socially unacceptable where I am to be a girl and not do all of that.

I'd also love to experience a blow job. And sex/masturbation from a male's perspective.

I'd make a poor feminist. I'm subject to penis envy and yet I could never admit that to a sexist male.

I wish I was male for several reasons. I get along with them better and if I was male it wouldn't look as awkward to the people around me if I hung out with them more. I don't have many female friends because we don't have the same interests. Also, I feel like a guy sometimes. It's not something I can explain or go into detail about but it's there. I feel like I was supposed to be male at birth only because 99% of the time I don't feel female at all.

Yeah, about once a month that's all I'm ever wishing for.

But aside from that, I do think guys have it easier sometimes. They dont get periods, they dont give birth, they dont have all the pressure from society to always look their best like girls do. I think, while there are some really ridiculous expectations about guys (such as they should all be athletic and macho) that girls have to deal with a lot more crap from pop culture in general. Self-image is a huge issue among girls, and I'm not sure if boys feel the same way or not but I have never met a guy who had a problem with it.

I'm a lesbian. I would never have sex with a guy as a girl.
But, if I was a guy, I would be gay. In fact, most of the time, my fun time images are male gay sex.

I used to want to be a boy, but after being around so many guys I just don't think I would ever want to be one...I have a hard time respecting men.

I want to be a boy so I don't have to give birth. I constantly tell my boyfriend I'd be more open to the idea of having children (in general) if I wasn't the one giving birth.
