What Does Amortentia Smell Like To You?

chai tea, the smell of a new book (glossy paper, mostly, but I think I agree with Hermione on 'fresh parchment'), the smell of cigarette stains on a person's hands, fresh laundry (with any kind of detergent, really).

Falafel, pine, my aunt Christine's perfume and orchid.

Vanilla, old books, acai berries and raspberries, and the ground after it rains.

Ozone (the smell after a hard rain storm), hazelnut, peppermint, old books, and coconut.

sandalwood, old books, soy chai lattes, lavender incense, his cologne

Petrichor, roses, lavender, tea of any kind, incense (white sage), that sexy man smell I love so much, French perfume, "monster spray" that my mama used to make me. Generally the scents of Wicca, tbh. I love the smell of an old house.

Ever so faint cigarette smoke mixed with the scent of ocean spray and old books; but also the light smell of the woods during a cold night.

Or the smell of cat because I have no idea where I got that scent from when all I love is cats.

I think mine would smell like a certain laundry detergent, old books when you flip through the pages, and citrus.

I used a combination of important numbers and this thread to come up with the scent of Earl Grey tea, old books, and wood after a heavy rain for the character in my NaNoWriMo novel, only now I'm having trouble figuring out if that would actually be a good smell and if someone could even smell like that! I sure hope so, though. I bet it's lovely.
