If I'm in a shitty mood, I'll give someone five bucks. But I generally give them a dollar or two if I have some. There's this one guy that I always see while I'm sitting at a red left turn light... I give him a cigarette and a light while I'm waiting for it to change. I don't know. I'm very loose with my money and if they're in a position to be begging for money, I have no problems with sparing some. :\
