Dual Comment Swap Features

I write in another language other than English but I do not submit these stories for comment swap because I know not everybody knows Spanish; I think it'd be great to implement a language criteria in order for people who write in other languages other than English to get constructive criticism on their stories. Is this something that has already been discussed?

No it hasn't been - however, this is not the right place to post about it. The best option would probably be for you to make a new suggestion thread for it.
