New Girl in Town : Closed

Rian turned around when he heard someone enter. He smiled at Scarlett's new friend.

"Can I get you something to drink?" He asked, trying to be polite.

Clara raised an eyebrow and shook her head. She reached over, grabbing a can of beer. "I got it." she said before turning to head back out the door. She did NOT want to be alone with him in a room.

Rian sighed and grabbed her arm.

"Wait," he said.

He wanted to apologize for his earlier behavior.

Clara sighed before turning to look at him, eyebrows raised. She just wanted to drink, get drunk, and dance.

Iran let go of her arm.

"Look I'm sorry about how I acted earlier. Can we start over?" He asked.

Clara sighed, mulling it over in her head. She then nodded, and held out her hand. "I'm Clara." she said, smiling softly.

He smiled, taking her hand in his. "Rian," he said shaking her hand.

Clara smiled before pulling her hand back. She popped her beer open and took a drink. Her eyes widened when her favorite hip hop song came through the speakers. "I love this song." She said, giggling.

He grinned. "Wanna dance?" He asked.

She chewed her lip before nodding. She sat her can down after emptying it and took his hand, leading him to the middle of the floor. Even though she was from the country, she could dance. Her mom had not really approved of the fact that her daughter hung up with the rowdy crowd, but she hadn't stopped her.
She smirked at him before starting to move her hips to the music. Pretty soon it was like her body had a mind of it's own, and she had no control over what she was doing...she was just dancing and that's all she knew.

Rian held onto her hips as she danced around his body. He felt his body heat up as he moved his to the rhythm of hers and the music.

Clara comtinued to dance before dropping down low, and winding back up. By this time there was a few people starting to watch them, Scarlett included.

Rian had his eyes closed as he continued to dance. He twirled Clara around a few times before placing his hands back on her hips.

The song changed, and so Clara changed the way she was dancing. Without really thinking about it her hips started moving against his.

Rian let the music flow through his body as he danced with her, he wasn't thinking straight.

Clara let her hands rest on his as she danced.

Rian decided to give her another twirl and as he was bringing her back close to him, the music changed to a slow song. He placed his hands on her hips and looked down at her.

"Do you want to continue?" he asked, breathing heavily.

It was then that the realization of what was going on crashed down around Clara. She took a step back before shaking her head. "I..I need air." she said, turning and hurrying for the door.

When the cool air hit her, she took a deep breath. She was breathing heavily and her heart was racing.

Rian stood in the middle of the room as he stared after her. He was about to walk towards the kitchen, when he felt someone reach up and grab at his ear.

"Ahh," he said as his head was jerked down.

He came face to face with his sister.

"What the fuck was that?" she hissed at him.

"What was what?" he asked.

"Don't play coy with me, Rian," Scarlett said.

"I'm not. I don't know what you're talking about," he said.

"What in the hell were you doing with Clara?" she wondered.

"I was just dancing with her," he said.

Scarlett raised an eyebrow. "How in the world did you get her to dance with you?"

"I simply asked, that's all. Sheesh, now let go of my ear," he said, slapping her hand away.

Scarlett glared at him before stomping off after Clara. Rian rubbed at his face and went into the kitchen. He grabbed a beer and gulped it down before heading back to his room. The best spot for him for the rest of the night was his room. He didn't want Scarlett glaring at him anymore.

Clara leaned against the wall, taking deep breaths. He was a jerk. He was a pig headed arrogant jerk. And she had basically just dry humped him. She groaned and ran her hand through her hair. What the hell was wrong with her?
