Lily slipped from the chair, the blanket still around her body. She moved over to the couch, sitting down on it and getting settled a bit. "A song would be nice." She told him gently as she laid her head back against the couch. Once again she was getting tired but she still wanted to listen.

"Tired," Vincent told her before he moved over to the chair in the corner. He wanted to make sure Thst she kept the medication down end that it didn't affect her-even though it shouldn't. After all it was the same medication she took as a child. "But I am guessing you are more so."

Lance smiled softly. He hummed and figured out what to play. He played Miles Away by Memphis May Fire. He sang along softly as he played it. He loved this song. He watched her every so often looking up to see if she was alright. Then turned his eyes down his eyelashes fluttering against his cheek.

She nodded softly. She closed her eyes. She coughed again but not nearly as bad. She heard him and shrugged. "Sorta." She curled up and opened her eyes to study him. Her eyes seemed to catch in the light at that moment as they looked at him.

It wasn't long until Lily's eyes were drooping. She had felt a little drowsy to begin with but now with the music she was truly tired. Soon her eyes were completely closed and a little after that she had fallen alseep soundly. Her body now was curled up on the couch, her foot off of the bed. The blanket was wrapped around her in a slightly odd way. Though she was comfortable in her sleep.

Vincent looked back at her before giving her a small tired smile. He then leaned back into his chair, closing his eyes before letting himself relax. Soon he was calm and he was beginning to feel like he might fall asleep. Though he would make sure to stop himself from doing that. Even though she was sick he did not want her to escape by grabbing his keys.

Lance let her sleep on the couch like that for a little while. He lifted her up and picked her up and the carried her upstairs. He felt her head loll against his chest. His heartbeat was strong and reassuring. He went to set her down on the bed gently.

Zoe watched him smile and blinked. She then said very soflty, "That's the first time you've smiled." She then lowered herself down and curled up closing her eyes. After awhile she was out. She was cold. She needed human heat. Obviously her own wasn't enough.

In her sleeping state Lily was rather cute. It was the few times that her body was able to relax so far during all of this. Her face, her muscles, everything was calm and not so scrunched up in anger. She looked so innocent. When he laid her down on the bed, Lily did reach out for a second and grabbed into his shirt before letting go and going limp once again.

Once Vincent knew that she was fast asleep, he got up and headed to her side of the bed. He pressed a hand to her forehead and then below her neck, a frown coming over him. She was cold and he had no blankets left for her. He groaned before heading out of the room. A little later he came up with heating pads that he placed around her body but with a towel in between her skin and the heat.

Lance smiles softly. She didn't look so pissed off this way. He blinked when she grabbed onto his shirt and waited. Once she let go, he pulled the blanket around her and made sure she wasn't cold, then went and sat down. He ran a hand through his hair gently.

Zoe woke up much later feeling the pads and such. She flicked her golden eyes around the room. She looked much better than yesterday. She still looked sickly. She pushed her hair back. It was getting rather long. She pushed herself up into a sitting position and looked around for Vincent. She then turned to look out the window.

Lily slept soundly throughout the night and it was not until the morning did she open her eyes. She glanced around the room she was in for a moment before letting out a small sigh. While she didn't remember moving she knew where she was. Being here was just something that she knew she had to accept until she could run away or until someone saved her.

Vincent came upstairs a bit later in the day, wanting to check on her. Plus he had to give her her her medicine. He came in, holding a tray of food, water and her medicine. Vincent sat it down besides her. "How are you feeling?"

Lance was leaned against the wall. He had his eyes closed. He was dozing. He heard a sound and opened his eyes. He then looked up and saw her awake and said, "How did you sleep?" He asked. He then sat up. He then got up and stretched a bit before going over beside her.

Zoe looked up when he came in. She ran a hand through her hair again and looked over at him. She sighed and said, "Better, still sick as a dog, but better." She told him. She looked up at him raising an eyebrow.

Lily rubbed her eyes a bit before slowly turning onto her side. She let out a small yawn before relaxing once again. "Okay." She told him honestly before forcing herself to sit up. "How did you sleep?" She decided she might as well ask him since he asked her.

"That's good." Vincent said as he moved the soup into her lap. There was also some bread. "Eat the soup. Try the bread if you can. Then you need to take more of your medicine." He said before heading over over to his chair and sitting down. Vincent let out a sigh. "You should feel as good as new In a few days."

Lance heard her and said, "That's good." He heard her and looked surprised. He said, "I don't really sleep. I just dozed a little and that was okay." E said. He offered her a smile and then said, "Want any food?" He asked her.

Zoe nodded. She blinked when he put the warm soup in her lap. She nodded. She heard him and noticed he didn't look so hot. She then said, "You don't look so good either." She couldn't help herself being nice. She then picked at the bread taking a piece of bread.

Lily was quiet for a moment before nodding to him. "Breakfast sounds really good." She said as she slipped off of the bed and headed out of the room with him. "Can I use the bathroom afterwards?" She really wanted to take a shower and maybe even wear new clothes if he had them.

"I'm just tired." Vincent assured her. He had to work the late shift last night so it was just about an hour ago did he get home. However he had to check in her before heading off to sleep. It would have been unwise to leave her as she was right now.

Lance nodded and said, "Yeah. I have clothes for you." He said. He then held the door open for her. He ran a hand through his hair. He went with her. He then let her sit down as he looked through his fridge. He closes it and then found some pancake batter in the cabinets and want to cook.

Zoe heard him and looked at him shaking her head. She then said, "You still look sick." She told him. She ran a hand through her hair. She watched him again and are little by little. She coughed again and then turned her eyes down, looking through her eyelashes.

Lily sat down at the table and waited as e made the pancakes. Once they were done, she took a plate and filled it with good. She then pulled it close to her and began to eat. "Will the clothes fit me?" She asked him in he middle of eating.

Vincent chuckled a bit as he shook his head. "Well you don't look that great either. Though I'll be okay tomorrow after I get some more sleep." He told her before rubbing the back of his neck. He then slumped further back into his chair and relaxed.

Lance gave her plate full of pancakes. He made his own as well. He put syrup on his own and then passed it over to her. He got two forks and gave it to her. He then kept the one for himself. He began to eat his own pancakes and smiles softly.

She rolled her eyes and said, "Can I have a shower?" She asked him raising an eyebrow. She then said, "Also, I was coughing up blood, yes I look bad. You do too, though." She was sharp. Her senses are sharp. She ran a hand through her hair and coughed lightly.

Lily waited for him to answer her question but when he didn't she went back to her food. She supposed that she would find out once she got them. Once she was done eating, Lily pushed the plate away and then slipped out of the chair. Heading over to one of the windows, she looked outside with huge eyes. The fact that they were in a middle of a forest did not bode well for her. If she did manage to escape there was always the possibility that she might not be able to find her way out before he found her. Either way she longed to get out of the house.

"Yes you can have a shower and you don't have to be so snappy." He told her before point to the bathroom. "Just make sure that you take your medicine before heading in. Honestly you might be better off with just taking a bath. Anyways the warm water will be good for your system." He got up, and grabbed her a towel and some clothes, setting them down on the chair for her. "I'll come back up in a bit." He said before he headed off.

Lance didn't hear her question. He finished eating, then started to clean the plates. He kept an eye on her from the corner of his eyes. He then finished up the dishes. He put them in the dish rack and left them to air dry. He then said, "Come on." he took her into a closet, and found some clothes for her. "They look about your size." He told her, an gave them to her. They were a t-shirt and some jeans.

Well, apparently he doesn't understand fucking sarcasm She thought to herself. She sighed and saw the bathroom and nodded. She wanted a shower, but a bath might actually be better. She debated this, while only half listening. She saw the towel and the clothes and nodded, seeing him leave. She took the medicine and then grabbed the clothes and the towel and headed into the bathroom. She stripped filling the bathtub with warm water, and slowly lowered herself into the warm water.

Lily looked at the clothes that he was offering to her before he reached out and took them. They looked close enough to her size that it wasn't going to be a bit deal. They were about a size too big but that did not matter much in this situation. She waited a moment before continuing on. "The shower?" She asked him lightly. Once Lance led her to the bathroom, Lily went in and looked around. After setting the clothes down on the sink she turned to him, waiting for him to say something or to leave.

Once the door to her room was locked, Vincent went to his own. He wanted to sleep again. Right now he needed to rest more and since she was in the batroom this seemed like a good time to crash for an hour. First he stretched his body out a little before getting into his bed and laying down. It wasn't long until Vincent was fast asleep, dreaming away.

Lance nodded. He showed her the shower. He nodded. "I'll be in the living room." He said. He ran a hand through his hair as he left her there. He shut the door behind him. He yawned softly as he fell on the couch. He yawned softly again. He then closed his eyes and relaxed there.

Zoe sank down into the water. She murmured something intolerable as she sank down further. She liked the warmth. She cuddled into the water gently. She kept all of herself down in the water. She sniffed from the snot in the back of her throat. She relaxed in the water slowly, her own eyes closing. She coughed lightly, but ignored it.
