Daniel nodded his head and bite his lip. He could do that, he'd become good at reading Sammie over the years and could tell when she needed reassurance. "So how have you been Blake? We haven't actually talked in awhile." Daniel chuckled realizing it had in fact been awhile since they chatted.

Alex wasn't sure what to do or say, he hoped that Sammie would come to accept the idea because like Blake and Matt said, there was no point to the relationship without all three of them being together, that was for sure and the thought made him sigh sadly. He zoned back in and paid attention to what Daniel had said, waiting for Blake to reply.

"It's okay to be afraid, to be uncertain, this is a new lifestyle after all and it won't be easy, but it'll be worthwhile. In the room over there are two guys that are wanting to make ends meet to have a relationship with you together. Without you there isn't a relationship for them." Sky hoped that she'd said the right thing to make the other girl feel better.

Blake looked at Daniel and chuckled softly as he nodded. "Yeah, it has been a while," he said before he ran his fingers through his hair. "Well, I got a grant and I have a team of about two hundred researchers developing different solutions to kids born with different kinds of underdeveloped brain," he said honestly.

Matt smiled softly as he reached around and put his arm around the back of the couch. He relaxed as he listened to Blake get excited. Blake was anti social and hated most adults but put a kid in front of him and he became someone else.

Sammie looked at her for a moment before she nodded. "Yeah," she said softly as she bit her lip. "I made a fool of myself, didn't I?" she asked softly as she ran her fingers through her hair and bit her lip. "Smooth right?" she said with a soft chuckle on her face as she bit her lip. "Daniel is going to kill me," she said with a fond smile on her face.

Daniel's mouth fell open in awe "I knew you'd turn out to be a successful genius but come on! That'd fricken amazing dude, congrats." Daniel was happy for Blake, after all Blake had worked his ass off in college. "And what about your partners? What do they do?" He was fully engrossed in catching up with Blake now.

Alex gave Matt a weak smile but was amazed at how much Blake had done considering how Blake looked fairly young to be getting such high accomplishments. He couldn't help but feel impressed though, that's a pretty big deal, at least for Alex it was.

Sky felt relieved that Sammie agreed and she smiled at the other woman "No, it's okay, we all understand, Blake and Matt have seen me go through breakdowns and Daniel and Alex will understand your worry, because they worry too, at least slightly." Sky waited patiently for Sammie to be ready to go out, not wanting to push her.

Blake chuckled at Daniel's enthusiasm. "There are three of is who are senior partners. Tim works on the brain scans and analysis of brain scans. Mark studies the behavioral development of this kids like patterns of misbehavior or how they react to strangers or family. I study the cognitive development which is thinking, learning and remembering." He explained. "It is a great thing. Next week I am flying to Colorado to work at a fetal Alcohol Syndrome clinic," he explained.

Matt looked over at Blake and nodded. "So what do you two do?" He asked curiously as he reached over and tasted his hand on Blake's knee gently before giving his knee a squeeze and letting it go. He smiled at both of them with a smile On his face.

Sammie looked at Sky and smiled at her. "Well, let's go I guess," she said as she turned slightly. She walked back into the living room and bit her lip gently. She sat down in between Alex and Daniel and looked over at them with a gentle smile in her face. "Sorry," she said with a light blush on her face as she ran her fingers through her hair. She moved over and kissed each of their cheeks gently in a way of apology as Shetlands back slightly and listened to their conversation. Glancing up at Sky, she smiled and mouthed thank you to her.

Daniel nodded his head. "Wow, that's damn impressive." Daniel was almost ashamed to answer Matt's question because what he did was nothing great compared to Blake but he answered anyway. "I do what I always do, I play at gigs, tutor kids and work part time at the same old music store." Daniel rubs his head and laughs loudly, music was his passion he just needed motivation to get out there more. He was about to say something else when he saw Sammie and Sky walk out and relief flooded him as Sammie sat down and kissed both their cheeks. He reached over and took her hand and entwined his fingers, glad she was looking better.

Alex rubbed his chin and listened to Blake finish talking about his work and then Daniel explaining his own before Alex talked about his own job. "I'm a case worker for troubled children and teenagers," Alex stated. "If there's any signs that a child or young adult is being neglected, abused, mistreated it's my job to find the truth and bring them justice." He concluded before giving a small smile as Sammie came back and sat between them. He rested his arm on her shoulders, glad to have her back.

Sky grinned at Sammie softly, happy that in the end Sammie had calmed down. Sky sat down on her chair and wondered what was being discussed, forgetting that she had bruises on her arms and neck which had shown as she sat down without realizing.

Blake looked at both of them and nodded. "Well, as long as you are doing something you care about," he said honestly. Looking up, he smiled when he saw Sky come back in. Leaning over, he kissed her forehead gently and whispered in her ear, "Thank you love," he leaned back again and nodded as Alex spoke. "That sounds like a rough business to be in," he said with a sympathetic wince.

Matt watched as the girls came back in and he smiled as he wrapped his arm around her waist and gave her waist a gentle squeeze. Relaxing, he leaned his head back against the back of the couch before looking back up at the three of them. "What do you do Sammie?" he asked curiously as he smiled at the girl gently. He hoped that now she was feeling more comfortable with everyone within the room.

Sammie smiled at the both before looking up at Matt. "I'm a second grade teacher," she said before her eyes widened. Looking at Daniel, she made eye contact before very subtle motioned to Sky's wrists were the bruises could be seen visibly.

Daniel turned to Sammie and noticed she was in indicating at Sky, he glanced over at Sky and noticed the bruising, not just around her wrists but her neck as well. "Woah, what happened?" Daniel asked Sky, indicating toward her bruises. He didn't think it was any fetish type thing because it looked pretty bad.

Alex turned to Daniel and puckered his lips and shot him a glare, sometimes he didn't think before he asked something and Alex had to hide his eyes behind his hands in disappointment and embarrassment. He'd already caught on that Daniel didn't think before he acted, but Blake was a friend so he probably knew as well.

Sky opened her mouth to reply to Daniel but didn't know how, she blushed and looked to Blake and Matt for help.

Blake glared slightly at Daniel. "Not that it is any of your business but someone broke into our house last night and attacked Sky," he said, leaving it at that. He wrapped his arm protectively around Sky. "Thank you for asking so carefully Daniel," he said as he looked down at Sky, hoping that she was okay despite Daniel's bluntness.

Matt looked up when Daniel spoke and he sighed softly. Reaching over, he touched Blake's knee. "I'm sorry, we are still a bit on edge about what happened," he said. He looked at them as they hugged and he smiled gently before looking at the others across the coffee table from them.

Sammie hit Daniel's shoulder gently as she frowned slightly. "Daniel," she said with a deep frown. "I'm sorry," she said as she looked at them. "I didn't mean anything by that," she said as she tried to relax. "I'm glad that everyone is okay. I hope that Sky wasn't hurt too badly," she said gently as she looked at them.

Daniel's eyes widened in surprise and he wondered why they didn't postpone having them over. Then when Sammie hit him on the shoulder lightly he looked down, feeling really bad for being insensitive, he fiddled with his thumbs and avoided eye contact with everyone.

Alex chewed his lip "I'm so sorry to hear that, please forgive Daniel's carelessness, he didn't mean to be rude." He stated, he wanted to make sure Blake, Sky and Matt weren't hurt too deeply by what Daniel had asked but he also didn't want Daniel to feel like he was being ganged up on by everyone.

Sky was surprised at how straightforward Daniel had been and she couldn't help but see a little bit of Blake in him, the thought softened her a bit and she smiled letting everyone know she was fine. "It's okay, I'm fine and it was my fault anyway." She stated as Daniel looked up warily at her, she gave him a soft smile and he returned it with an apologetic and grateful look.

Blake sighed softly and relaxed a little more when he saw the Sky wasn't upset but what had just been said. "Thank you for your concern," he said somewhat stiffly before glancing over at his partners and sighing. He needed to work on forgiving he thought sadly.

Matt smiled at the other three. "Don't worry," he said gently. "Blake is overprotective. It's not a big deal. Everyone is safe and that's all that matters," he said as he smiled gently over at Sky and took her hand, careful not to touch her wrist.

Sammie took Daniel's hand gently and kissed his cheek, hoping that he knew they were sorry. "It's all good," she said as she smiled up at him before glancing over at Alex. Maybe they had been a little too harsh on Daniel, she thought sadly for a moment as she kissed his cheek again before smiling gently at the people across the table.

Daniel was startled that Sky wasn't as upset as he thought she'd be. He had been rude though but for some reason he couldn't find his voice, not even to apologize properly. He realized that he needed to work on being more considerate towards others and their feelings and made it his goal to become better. Daniel leaned into Sammie's kisses, feeling a bit better.

Alex felt relieved when he saw Blake relax out of his hostile posture. He nodded his head in understanding toward Matt. "Exactly." He stated, agreeing with Matt. He turned to look at Sammie and Daniel, coming here had shown him how much he cared for the both of them.

Sky smiled at Blake and used her free hand to give his own hand a gentle squeeze of comfort, telling him he didn't have to worry, these were his friends and she felt open and safe with them.

Blake looked down at Sky for a moment and he sighed softly. Slowly, he relaxed and let go of the tension that had ran through his body. Looking down at her, he nodded. "Okay," he said softly as he kissed her cheek lightly before pulling away again.

Matt nodded as he looked at everyone. "Well," he said as he tried to get everyone to move on. "Would you guys like to go to the table? I think lunch is ready and I am starving," he said with a gentle smile.

Sammie smiled at them before nodding. She slipped her hand in Daniel's and gave it a squeeze before looking over at Alex again. "Food sounds great," she said with a smile as she bit her lip gently.

Daniel's stomach rumbled and he couldn't help but let a grin surface to his face, there was no denying he was hungry and he followed everyone to the table watching Sky present the dishes of food. "Woah, this is amazing!" He gasped feeling like they were about to sit for a feast.

Alex nodded in agreement with Daniel, chuckling "There sure is a lot of food, good thing too I'm sure Daniel could eat a horse." He smirked sitting down when everyone else did, he was impressed with all the food and wondered how much trouble had their hosts gone to to make it all.

Sky beamed, happy with the reactions she was getting. "I'm a baker but I also love to cook as well!" She exclaimed, finishing set the table and taking a set at the table as well. "You should see the baking fridge." She giggled, Sky often did a lot of work at home so they had a nice walk in fridge where she could store all her baking needs.

Blake sat down and smiled. "This looks amazing Sky," he said as he rested his arm over the back of her chair. He smiled at her lovingly before looking over at Matt with the same expression on his face. He would not be able to live without the two of them, he thought.

Matt sat down and nodded. "Well, everyone please enjoy," he said as soon everyone was passing around different plates of food and other items from around the table. He had taken some of his favorites and avoided anything green even though he shouldn't.

Sammie smiled as she took a little bit of everything before she began eating. "This is amazing," she complimented before looking over at Alex and Daniel and smiling when she saw how loaded their plates were. She continued eating before putting her fork and knife on her plate. "That was delicious," she said with a big smile.

Sky blushed at the compliments she was getting "It's nothing really." She said softly, getting flustered. After the lunch she started to clear the table but left the dishes in the sink, she's do them once the guests had left. She concluded as she finished clearing the table with the help of Alex. "Thank you." She breathed, happy to have had the help.

Daniel sat with Sammie as Alex helped Sky with the dishes, he bite his lip in thought and wondered if Blake was still pissed at him. He had forgotten what a short fuse Blake had but also knew that even though they butted heads a lot they managed to get over it just as fast.

"No problem." Alex said kindly to the small woman. "If you all decide to give a throuple relationship a go, you'll have to learn to love Daniel just as much as you'll grow to love Sammie." Alex heard Sky say softly and his eyes widen, he didn't think anyone had really noticed but Sky had been in the same position as him once upon a time. He smiled gratefully to her and nodded his head "Thank you, for your sincere advice and warm hospitality." Alex stated.

Blake looked at Daniel and smiled gently before he ran his fingers through his hair. Moving slightly, he wrapped his arm around Matt's shoulders gently. He kissed the too of Matt's head and he knew Matt was blushing and he chuckled before looking over at Sammie and Daniel.

Matt blushed when Blake kissed the top of his head and he looked over at Daniel and Sammie. He tried to relax as best he could and he smiled at the other two. "So you guys just have to be careful. Alex is the odd man out. He is the one that doesn't have similarities or a history with you two so you have to make sure to allow yourselves to open up and include him completely in your relationships. I would also try to do more things the three of you instead if two when you guys start out," he said softly.

Sammie looked at Daniel and smiled gently as she reached up and touched his arm gently before looking around. "I think we can do that," she said as she looked over at Alex and smiled gently. Moving close to Daniel, she kissed his cheek before leaning her head against his shoulder and waiting for Alex to come back over to them.

Once Alex and Sky were done they came back and sit back down, only catching the end of the conversation. "What are we all talking about?" Alex asked taking a seat beside Sammie thinking about what Sky had said. 'What happens with sex then?' He thought to himself and looked over at Daniel 'When we had the threesome Daniel and I focused on Sammie because we didn't associate ourselves like that...' Alex blushed darkly and looked away from the group.
"U-uh, we're all adults here, right? H-how does sick work in a throuple relationship??" Alex stuttered out, his cheeks bright red.

Daniel caught Alex staring at him and watched him become flustered before he heard Alex stutter out his question, coming to think of it Alex had a point, how did all that work out?

Sky watched Alex and couldn't help but raise her hand to cover her mouth as she let out a soft giggle, feeling it was better if one of her men answered she turned to Blake to see how he'd handle the question, smiling at him cheekily.

Blake's eyes widened at the question and he blushed slightly. Looking at them, he coughed slightly and watched her for a moment before he looked away. "Um...Matt? All you," he said.

Matt looked at them before he ran his fingers through his hair. "You guys have to figure out what you both want when it comes to sex," he said. "Blake and I started out very slow and yeah..." he said softly as a deep blush painted his face.

Sammie watched them before biting her lip gently. She couldn't help but laugh softly when Alex asked the question. Looking around, all of the boys were blushing and she couldn't help but laugh again before she looked away. She smiled gently at them and squeezed their hands gently.

Daniel blinked, surprised by Matt's response "Wait... you guys don't always have sex all together?" Daniel turned to look at Alex, he'd never dreamed of doing anything sexual with a guy before, given this was a whole new situation but he wasn't sure how he felt at the moment.

Alex's eyes widened at the thought of only having sex with Daniel and they both knew that for now they weren't sure. Alex's face was still bright red and at the moment he felt envious of Sammie and Sky, they didn't have to deal with this sort of problem, plus it had helped that Matt and Blake had liked each other before meeting Sky, luck wasn't on their side however.

Sky tried her best to stifle her laughter but found it even more hard when Blake fumbled over it before passing it off to Matt to answer, Sky would offer to help talk about it but felt it was the guys matter so the guys had to talk it out.

Sammie looked at them and smiled gently as she watched both of them. "We can figure this one out," she said as she touched both of their thighs and gave them a gentle squeeze. Watching them, she smiled gently, trying to comfort them both. "It's okay. We can figure this one off," she said as she leaned up and kissed him again gently and smiled gently.

Blake looked over at the two guys and smiled gently. Looking at both of them, he smiled gently and kissed her and then pulled Matt over and kissed him. "You did good," he whispered to her with a smile.

Matt watched her and smiled gently before looking up and kissing Blake back. Pulling away, he looked over at everyone and smiled happily. It gets good, really good," he said with a soft smile on his face as he relaxed and leaned his head back against the couch.
