Also.. I should probably tell you guys that both Gray and Michael are going to be treating the apocalypse as a game. It was the only way for them to stay grounded, in a way. To have fun, instead of becoming deathly serious. And that ends up being Michael's mistake/downfall.

I'm getting excited for this story, honestly haha. Not that I wasn't excited before, but I think we're getting closer to the starting line now.

Do you think we should have our first chapters prewritten before we post? Like, just so we don't get behind and all that, and it'll seem like an actual story and not a group write... if that makes sense.

I think it would be a good idea, for the chapters to be pre-written. Cause I was thinking we update once a week. So when I update, within a weeks time you should update and then after that Marissa should update.
That gives everyone at least a week to have a chapter written, which should be enough time with holiday break coming up in a couple of weeks.

But first I really think we need to plot out the first two rounds of chapters so Chapter 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 should all be plotted before we post the first chapter and once we have chapters 1, 2, and 3 up, we need to start on the next two rounds. If we keep at it, this story should go strong and I really want to see this story through to the end. Of course, that can only happen if we all commit to that.

I'm not trying to be all mean and bossy, but from my experience I see most group writes go down because of lack of interest, poor plotting, and bad communication. So we all need to work together on this and give it the true team effort, ya know.

Exactly, so I'm actually going to be starting on mine this weekend and should have something by Sunday night or Monday.
But I won't post it until we have more of the plot laid out.

This just occurred to me. For the character profiles on the story page itself, do you think that instead of their biography, maybe we put something they would most likely say about living in a world ruled by the dead? I thought that would be pretty cool. I have it like that for my characters if you wanna see what I mean.

Referring to giving each other chapters first, I say yes, but I think we should probably message them to each other that way people don't have any way of seeing it until it is actually posted, ya know what I mean?

Should we do a little more planning? Know that we have the groups meetings all squared away.
The first three chapters will obviously be introductions right, but what about the chapters after that?

We know that they are all meeting up in the end of chapter six, like after the big battle through the hoard they all come together and such, but where are they going to escape to? A ranch, farm, or maybe they find a park rangers station, or even a lumber yard they can hide away in the office or the truck shop, maybe they just find a diner to hunker down in. What are you guys thinking? And we don't have to do it like that, I'm just saying these are possible ideas.

What's going to happen after they get to the escape place?? That'll probably help decide.

Well let's say they escape and find like an old milk farm. Let's say they stay for a night and the next morning maybe they can discuss if they should stay at this milk farm. Then maybe they after they all decide to stay some of their weapons go missing and turns out they are not alone on this farm, someone is watching them. And this person can have a family and they are starving, so they trick them into letting them into the group. But our character figure this out when let's say two of them go missing? They aren't dead...yet, but that's what this family is planning on doing. Killing the two and then eating them?

Is that too intense or would that work, cause I remember Calli mention cannibalism. That could be the first story arc after the introduction.

So like first six chapters: Grouping Together.
Then chapters 7 through maybe 11 could be: cannibalism?

Then after that we can have them living out in the wild for a while to start up some good romance and drama?

Just all ideas that I've thought about for the story, but do you ladies have any ideas of what you'd like to see in the story?

IOMG THAT IDEA, I LIEK IT.!

I mean, it is a zombie story, so there has to be gore and stuff in it. xD We're not actually going to describe how they're gonna eat them.

Yeah, like maybe during the whole cannibalism scare, they could like get closer to a boy to feel.. comforted? I don't' know, and so the after romance would work!

The only thing I thought of was the cannibals, other than that I don't have anymore ideas.
