Lucas got up and grabbed the empty glasses from the hot chocolate. As he left the room he ignored Beca's comments and dumped the cups in the sink then walked to the bathroom. He shut the door and turned the water on. Cold. He cupped it in his hands and splashed his face in it, as if he were trying to wake himself up. His skin had gotten really hot and the water felt good against his face. He grabbed a washrag and wet it, then wiped his neck with it, feeling refreshed. Lucas shut off the water and tossed the rag in the hamper before leaving the bathroom and going back to the kitchen. He stood with the fridge open for awhile, scanning the shelves for something to drink and settled for some soda. He grabbed two just in case Beca wanted one then made his way back to the living room.

Beca had taken to laying down in his spot against where he had originally been sitting and she cuddled the blanket around herself. She had a plan now and she smiled lightly. He took forever coming back though and she wondered what had happened, but she didn't follow after him. She just pretended to shiver as the movie continued when he walked in and then sat up to let him sit down. "Aw thanks," she said and then sighed. She slipped close to him again, opening the soda that he had gotten for her and smiled lightly. "This is a scary movie."

Lucas watched Beca move over before he took back his spot and smiled, "you're welcome." He drank almost all of his soda already and set the can down where the hot chocolates had been. He made himself comfortable again and joked, "how did you stay alive out here the whole three minutes I was gone?" He laughed lightly and drew his attention to the screen.

Beca giggled at him lightly and smiled as he drank the sofa much quicker than she did. She sighed and shook her head, wrapping her arms around him and clinging to him. "I don't know..." She said with a pout, sounding really scared with the acting skills she had. "This movie is really scary... I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep on my own tonight..." She whispered.

Lucas laughed at Beca. She was such a baby, "okay okay Beca, don't choke me out or you will be sleeping alone tonight." He looked away from the movie and at Beca's pouting face. It had already gotten dark outside and the only light in the room was what came from the TV. The flashes of white from the movie made Beca's eyes look like they were glowing. He breathed deeply and licked his lips, feeling his throat going dry again. Quickly Lucas looked away and grabbed for his soda, drinking the last of it.

Beca smiled a little and relaxed her grasp around his neck lightly, smiling up at him lightly. Neither was actually looking at the movie now. Instead they were gazing up at each other,'looking into each other's eyes. She could see that he wanted her too and she loved it. She leaned up and pecked his cheek. At least they were sleeping together tonight. That would be so nice now. Everything was in motion.

His breathing slowed as Lucas stared back at Beca, almost in a daze. When she kissed his cheek, the way she always had, he felt everything shifting around inside him. He wanted her. He wanted to touch her, and kiss her, and do everything he knew he couldn't. He was her brother. He was supposed to protect her, not violate her. He smiled, sort of, and waited for the movie to finish so they could find something better to do. Something maybe less personal. Anything that would not involve him wanted to touch every inch of her body and kiss every inch of her pure skin. The skin that was hidden so perfect beneath his baggy clothes on her.

Beca knew she had him. She could tell by the way he was acting and she loved it. She slipped into his lap lightly, making sure to slip against his hips nice enough - and innocently enough that she could feel him. Was it bad that she wanted her brother? At least he would never hurt her... He had to love her back. It would be amazing to be his. It was all she thought about recently - all she wanted. When the movie was nearly over, she was smiling. She giggled and then bounced in his lap. "Come on - we should get some dinner... Or make some dinner!" She smiled.

It was torture being in this position with Beca. She had to know what she was doing to him. He knew if it continued much longer he would lose it. Lucas was ecstatic when the movie finally ended, "sounds good! What do you want to eat then?" He asked with a smile, happy to be moving on. He pushed her off his lap again and stood up. Finding the remote he shut off Netflix and flipped it to a random channel on regular TV while he waited for her answer.

Beca smiled at him lightly. He seemed happy to move on from that, which worried her. She could tell he was never going to act on his feelings - even if they were strong and it upset her. She would just have to make him act on his feelings - tonight. She smiled a little and then shrugged, bending over and resting her hands on his knees, looking into his face. "How about we just make some Mac and cheese - or something easy like that?" She smiled. It would be cheaper than ordering out besides.

As if on queue, Lucas' stomach grumbled, letting him know how hungry he actually was. "How about you make it," he smiled. Lucas was not the greatest cook, really all he could manage making was a glass of water. He held his hand out to her to help her up and pulled her to the kitchen. He opened the cupboard and grabbed a pot, quickly filling it with water before he set it on the stove and turned the dial. He went ahead and found two boxes of craft and tossed them to Beca.

Beca giggled at the way his stomach growled and she nodded her head. "Yes - i can make it for you, you big baby!" She teased, poking him in the stomach lightly as they went out to the kitchen hand in hand. She smiled and took the boxes, getting everything ready and then sitting on the counter as they waited for the water to boil so they could move on to the next step. "This is really nice with you, Lukie!" She smiled.

Lucas leaned against the counter next to where Beca sat, and looked up at her, her face only a couple inches above his, "it's nice being with you Beca." He smiled at the way she called him Lukie. At the way she smiled at him. The way she giggled at everything he said and did. The way she made him feel. At that thought Lucas turned away to check the water, wishing it be ready already so he could eat.

Beca wrapped her arms around his neck happily, smiling as he leaned beside her. She kissed his forehead, and then his ear, and then down his neck a little before resting her head down on his shoulder, even though it was a slightly uncomfortable position from this angle. "We need to spend more time like this. I miss all of the time we used to have like this before."

Blood rushed to the places on near Luke's ear and neck where Beca has laid kisses. He fought the urge to grope her body and kiss her back. Lucas smiled at Beca's words, "we used to hangout like this all the time, huh?" He frowned as he remembered he wouldn't have much longer to have moments like this with her, not with moving out soon. The water in the pot began to bubble over and Lucas quickly pulled away from her, "you gonna get that?" He laughed at the moment ruined and helped Beca off the counter.

Beca was a little annoyed at the boiling water. Things were going just fine then. He could've been hers right there - if it weren't for the stupid boiling eager like that. "All the time," she repeated with a smile as she poured in the noodles, getting everything ready. "And I know you're older now... You'll have less and less time for me and I just have to get used to that," she murmured as she waited for the noodles to soften.

Lucas frowned again, not liking Beca not being happy. He wrapped his arms around her from behind, speaking quiet enough to not be shouting in her ear, "I'll always have time for my baby sister." He smiled and put his head in her neck like she'd done to him earlier as she messed with the noodles. "Besides, we have this whole week to hangout!" Lucas mumbled in her hair.

Beca was surprised as he wrapped his arms around her and she bit her lip, leaning into him. She wished his hands were groping him. She wished he was feeling her - touching her... Making love to her. Why couldn't he just do it? "I know - I'm happy we have this week together!" She smiled, leaning into him and smiling as he mumbled in her hair.

Lucas smiled, knowing that Beca was happy again made him happy. He let her lean into him and kept his arms around her as he peaked his head over her shoulder to look at the macaroni. "Is it almost done yet because I'm still starving," he whined.

Beca giggled to his complaining words. For the first time, she pushed his arms away so that she could strain out the water and then get it ready for him with putting the cheese in and all. "There - it's done now - now you don't have to starve!" She teased.
