That's fine too. Yeah, I work well with visual aid too, so I'll be surfing for a photo later. I'm going to name my character Jared and I'm going to suggest some family names;

I seriously planned nothing, I'm so happy I have you two to ask questions and force answers out of me.

Name: Elijah

Appearance: I used Ryan Gosling from the movie 'The Place Beyond the Pines' because I was watching it and it hit me that this is what I wanted Elijah to look like, minus the tattoos. His eyes are a pretty shade of blue and his hair was originally dark but he's since dyed it a golden blond color. I don't know, I like it.

Age: 17 - 19?

Personality: He is a socially awkward person. He's mostly nervous, always calculating risks and often taking them any way. He has no remorse for anything, but he feels responsible for is family splitting up, even if he isn't. He tends to over think but puts others before himself. However, he doesn't understand social cues and is very blunt, not very considerate others feelings, just their wellbeing. He prefers to be alone, though. He's afraid of getting attached to someone and getting hurt in the long run.

Completely fine with me. I also have two little kids that will meet up with Elijah but I don't have pictures yet. I'm thinking a 6 year old boy and an eleven year old girl.

Do you have an age for Lucy? Because I was thinking the parents were eighteen when they had her, so that would have an effect (affect?) on the parents ages.

I was thinking around 21 or 22.

Georgina and Richard Rivers - 40 years old.

They're high school sweethearts who had their first child within a year of graduating (Lucy) and lived a normal life in Brookford, North Carolina. They co-owned a ran a diner, which doubled as their home, but their connection with their children was somewhat limited as they never really spoke about the issues in their lives. This meant that the norm was to ignore big problems and smile at all times.

When the zombie - do you guys have any suggestions for alternative names? - outbreak broke out, they tried to help out, letting the sick into their homes for free soup and shelter from those that started going mad and hurting people. Unfortunately, Richard got sick after being bitten in the diner and went to hospital where he died and never even reanimated like the other zombies. I thought it could be like a chance of you getting it, or a chance of you just dying.

Georgina was devastated but it brought out a leadership quality in her and she led her children to the woods to live a safer life. They moved around inside the forests of North Carolina, avoiding the sick and barely seeing the world collapse around them whilst knowing it was happening.

Perfect. What else do we need to know? So it's in North Carolina. What's the weather like? Are we doing this in winter, summer, spring, fall..? Then what weapons are available to them. Did the dad like have a horde of guns in the diner or something? lmao

They could have all grabbed something that was on hand, or found something? Like, they could have knives from the diner, and tools like a wrench, screwdriver e.t.c. Guns would have to be found, I guess.

North Carolina weather is, I believe, the normal hot in the summer, cold in the winter weather. I think it should be through the winter, maybe their first winter, so it's snowy and cold and different to what they're used to.

Alright cool. Hmmm, anything else you guys can think of that we might need to know?

ugh winter sucks, so it totally goes along with how sucky their lives are at the moment xD

I obviously do not know what we need to know. Hence why I've just been doing the answering and not too much asking.

How much planning do you guys usually do plot-wise because I do, like, very little most of the time.

Normally I just have a general consensus of what I want to happen. I develop as I write. I just want to make sure we're on point with what you want since it's your idea haha.

I don't even know what I want haha. I did not have this figured out at all. This started off as a story I wrote on a side of A4 paper in French two years ago that I remembered suddenly, so, not much was sorted beforehand.

I just wanted to co-write because it's less pressure and used this idea because it gives everyone a lot of freedom.
