Yeah,that's kind of what I was thinking! They're each given something deadly that requires a large amount of bravery to face. It could be from creatures that would make a shiver run down your spine with just the sight of them or just something totally frightening.

I'm trying to think of something that's not copying off of the Triwizard tournament ummm.. A giant spider? And they have to try to get a token that she's guarding and whichever house gets it wins? Except that might be too similar to the original.

For Hufflepuff they could do some sort of broom race or something?

Hmm, this might be a crazy idea, but we can combine the three tasks from Goblet of Fire. They have to pass this maze or puzzle or whatever, and they find themselves in the center of their maze/puzzle/area where they have to defeat a giant creature and save the person that means the most to them which is being held captive by the monster?

What about something like a crumbling building (of course, magic) and they have to make their way through it, avoiding the stairs that break once touched (and then go back together until the next lost soul touches them) and several other magic'd items in order to get their House's flag (doesn't work if they find another House's flag, and all the participants are competing but only one from the House needs to get it, instead of all)?

Oh that would work! And it would all be the same maze/monster right? Not like different ones for each person? It might be a lot for 16 people though I'm not sure how well it would work with that many.

I'm drawing a blank on what it was but how there was Rowena Ravenclaw's something that Harry was looking for. Like a token like that.

And what do you think about this for the puzzle in the mystery Ravenclaw room? The puzzle is a simple clue about the history of Hogwarts (mainly the Great Hall). The puzzle is that the room really has doors and windows but it's just been bewitched to make it look like it doesn't, just like the Great Hall is.

With the Ravenclaw room, would they all be in together or each in a different room and it's first to get out? But I think it's a great idea of there being doors and windows, just enchanted.

Also if it's actually okay, like really okay, for my girl to be in Slytherin, then I'll post her up but if not then I'll have to alter her somehow.

That's fine if that's where you want her to be! There's just 3 girls in Slytherin but it's not a huge deal.
