he got caught at the five and dime saving the day.

"Have you thought about getting your own place around here? I have a folder full of apartments that are reasonably priced. Maybe that would be a good option for you." Barry didn't know much, but iris had taught him all about real estate when they were looking for their new apartment.

"I don't know how someone as skinny as you can be this strong," Grace said with a laugh, holding onto Peter more tightly. His hair smelled like her shampoo, which was a bit odd, but he still had his own unique scent that she loved. "I bet you'd give Spider-Man a run for his money."

Ella just stared at him and just shook her head, "you don't get it, he's not going to stop looking for me. If I move he's just going to ask around and look for me,"she closed her eyes and sighed, she was trying really hard to hold onto her composure. "I'm afraid he might want to hurt me, I know why you're going to say, why don't you go to the police, he's got very strong connections so it's not like I can do anything" Ella rubbed her temples. "I wish he'd just lose interest in me and move on and leave me alone" her face was in her hands now.

Peter chuckled, "I ask myself that every day" he continued to speed up his running as he held onto Grace tightly enough so she wouldn't fall but not enough to make her uncomfortable or feel any pain. As he ran he could hear Grace talk to him in his ear, and he laughed. "Who knows right?" he shook his head, if only she knew his secret. He wished he could tell her, but it was impossible for him to tell her. Peter promised himself he wouldn't put another person in danger again, and though Gwen had followed him that night it was still his fault that she had died.

"Maybe moving out of the city is the best option for you then. Move as far away as you can so he won't find you," Barry said, pressing his lips together as he looked at Ella. "I don't know what else to tell you to do." He truthfully didn't, as it didn't seem like he had too many options unless the guy wound up dead.

Grace was happy to have Peter with her and keeping her safe on her usually terrifying walk to work, though as small as he was, he probably wouldn't be much help if someone actually did try to attack them. She held onto him more tightly until they were outside the coffee shop in no time at all.

Ella sighed moving some of her hair from her face and looking up nodding, "I think I'll put in my resignation tomorrow and start packing up, I'm thinking New York could always use more help" she laughed softly. She patted his arm, "you weren't much help but thanks for listening" she said honestly, she felt a little better. "So if you don't mind me asking, why are you alone? shouldn't you be out with your buddies or something?"

Peter knew that Grace was a lot safer with him than walking alone at night, he wanted to protected her and he knew if they were to be stopped by some thug or something, he would know how to protect her. Once he stopped in front of the bakery he let her down gently, "I don't wanna leave" he said in a pout, touching her face softly.

"I didn't think I'd be able to do much but Iris always says I'm a great listener," he said with his lips pressed together shrugging his shoulders a bit. "Iris went out for a girl's night so I figured it was a good time to catch up on my shows. I don't have too many friends in the city."

"I wish you didn't have to," Grace said with a pout, loving the way his brown eyes looked into hers. "Maybe one day Spidey will get rid of the criminals and there will just be nothing left for you to take pictures off," she joked, smiling at him softly. She would love to be able to spend all day with Peter, but she knew that in reality they both had to make money.

Ella looked at Barry who seemed a little strange, "Well, you seem to be. Thanks." She wasn't sure what else to say, she bit her lip and looked at him, "oh that sounds fun, I guess I'm not much of a friend, I'm sorry" she really did feel bad about being such a problem for everyone. She stood up grabbing her bag, "that was really short, but you helped me clear my mind so thank you and I'm sorry for interrupting your movie night or whatever this is. I'll um let you get back to it"

Peter grinned, "I know I wish I didn't have to either, yeah if that happens I'm out of a job unless I find something else" he laughed. His hands were still on Grace's hips as he leaned forward brushing his lips against hers. "I'll be thinking about you all day" he grinned before kissing her gently.

"It wasn't a problem at all. I shouldn't watch so much tv anyway." Barry stood up with Ella to help see her out. He wished he could be more help, but he really didn't know what to do to help her in anyway, besides calling the cops, which she didn't seem to be interested in. "It was nice to see you again," he said, flashing her a soft smile.

Grace smiled against Peter's lips, wishing she could kiss him all day. It felt strange and nice to have someone dropping her off at work, assuring her how happy he'd be to see her later. She knew her and Peter weren't a couple, but it felt nice to have him there. "So will I," she said with a smile when he pulled away, unable to take her eyes away from his.

Ella chuckled, "well, maybe you should go out and make friends, you have nice personality and you're kind of loud so.." she walked towards the door and looked back to Barry and smiled softly, he really had this thing about him that made her want to see him more.It wasn't fair. She walked over and gave him a hug, "it was nice seeing you too, um.. we should really get to know each other better, that way I can call you a friend" she laughed. Ella leaned forward and kissed his cheek, "you've been really nice to me, I should return the favor"

Peter stood there and watched Grace for a moment before watching her walk inside, he waved before turning the other direction and headed towards Aunt' May who was weirdly enough fine with him taking Grace to work every morning. He had told hr earlier about her so that she wouldn't worry to much about him. Peter rubbed his temples as he walked home, debating on web slinging, he let out as sigh.

Barry wrapped his arms around Ella as she hugged him, letting out a long breath. He really wished he could do more to help her. She was a sweet girl and didn't deserve this. "Well, if you quit disappearing all the time then I guess we could," he said with a laugh, giving her a half smile as he tilted his head to the side.

Grace was sad to see Peter leave, but she hoped that the day would fly by, though she doubted it would without him there. She quickly tied her apron around her waste and got to baking, which was her favorite part of the day. It wasn't as fun as it had been with Peter, but she still loved it as she always did.

Ella sighed softly something about being in his arms made her feel safe, even though he was this skinny, nerdy, guy he seemed to be very protective, she could just tell. She looked at Barry and grinned, "I can't help it, I guess I'm just like this...red blur everyone keeps talking about," she giggled. Ella looked at Barry, "tell you what, you look so bored that I'll stay here and keep you entertained until your girlfriend comes home hows that?"

Peter lied in his bed when he got home and slept until noon, which apparently went by quicker than he thought it did. He sat up and rubbed thes sleep from his eyes, and got dressed again. Once he was finished he headed to a secluded part of town where he 'took' pictures of the Spider-Man. He was on his way back to develop them when remembered to go stop by the coffee shop to show Grace. He hummed quietly as \

Barry laughed, nodding his head as he moved back towards the sofa. "I hope you like Game of Thrones then because I've got one more episode to watch before Iris gets home." He clicked the tv back on and popped his legs up on the coffee table, resting back with his arms slung over the back of his couch.

There had been a few customers that came in that day, but no more than usual. Her shift was going by terribly slow with all her thoughts focused on Peter and when she'd be able to see him again. She felt like a little high school girl who was terribly infatuated with the captain of the football team, though Peter would have gotten crushed if he tried to play football.

Ella shook her head, "not really, but I'll sit and keep you company" she took a seat right next to Barry and looked at the screen. "You are such a nerd" she teased. "I can't say anything, I'm pretty nerdy myself," she grabbed her water bottle from her bag and sipped on it.

Peter smiled as he walked into the coffee shop with his camera in his hands waiting to surprise Grace. He looked around at couples tlaking and laughing, elderly people ordering coffee and some raisin bread, gross. He chuckled and walked over to Grace who was know cleaning tables, he grabbed her by her waist and grinned against her ear. "Hi there, gorgeous"

"Well, you're going to love it," Barry said, grabbing the remote and turning it up a bit so she could enjoy the surround sound fully. "Iris hates it and I honestly think she's insane for that." He looked over at Ella with a smile. "I hope you like blood and betrayal."

Grace's heart leapt in her throat when she felt someone creep up behind her, not realizing it was Peter until he whispered in her ear. She placed her hand over her chest and turned to look at him with an exasperated expression. "Peter, you nearly gave me a heart attack!" She laughed, the fear instantly leaving her when she saw his sweet face.

Ella chuckled at Barry, shaking her head, "maybe she is who knows, I never really had time for this but I think I will make some time if yu say its good" she looked over at the screen. Quickly looking back at Barry giggling, "as much as I love sex and violence,"

Peter laughed when he felt her jump back, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to almost give you a heart attack I wanted to surprise you" he grinned. He gave her a soft squeeze and kissed her softly.

"You won't have to make time, Ella. You'll just give up on everything outside of Game of Thrones because you'll be addicted." Barry shrugged his shoulders as he looked over at her with his lips pressed together. "It's worse than most drugs in the US." Barry thought that maybe finding a good show to watch would help take Ella's mind off of things, which seemed to be just about the only thing that he could do for her.

Grace smiled into Peter's kiss, sighing when he pulled away. "It's a great surprise." She looked around at the semi busy coffee shop, knowing she still had a few more things to finish up before she was relieved. "I didn't expect you so early. I don't get off for another hour." She finished wiping off the table and stepped back towards the counter. "Do you have any exciting plans for this evening?"

Ella giggled softly mostly because he looked so serious while he talked about it, "only if you promise you'll watch it with me, I can't do this alone, I'll need help" she grinned. Laughing at his statement and shaking her head, "you're so silly" she leaned her head against his shoulder, she didn't mean to it just happened. "The only things I hear is how gory it is and random sex apparently, " she shrugged.

Peter grinned, "well, I'm glad you liked it," he looked around the shop was pretty busy, "I brought in all these people for you darling, you should thank me" he teased, kissing her forehead. "You owe me" he teased, walking over to the display case, "I'll take that danish right there that one... "he pointed at it. Peter sighed happily, "oh I've got pictures to show you, but that's as exciting as our plans get "

"The random sex is the best part," Barry laughed, looking over at her once before looking back at the tv. "It's like I can watch all the free porn I want and Iris can't get mad at me. It's a godsend."

"You brought all these people? I thought Spidey was going to that," Grace laughed smiling at Peter as she passed him a Danish. "I hope you got some good ones. You weren't gone long. It's like you just know right where to find him."

Ella started grinning and laughing shaking her head at Barry he was such a goofball. "You're really something" she sat up straight and shook her head. "Well as long as she's okay with it? Some girls have a problem with to the point they stop having sex with their partner. Ridiculous really it's just a show"

Peter shrugged, "maybe Spidey was on this side of town sitting in top of your coffee shop" he chuckled. He took a bite out his Danish and swallowed after chewing before speaking again, "I do. I think he doesn't mind the publicity as much as other superheroes "

"Oh no, Iris and I have a healthy sex life, I think," he said, bringing his arms from the top of the sofa to fold them across his chest and slouching down a bit more. "At least she's never complained to me about it," he said with a shrug and a laugh.

"He better be careful or he's going to get caught one day," Maisie said as she wiped off the countertop, trying to have a conversation with Peter while still getting her work done. "I've heard the police have really been on his tail lately. There's supposed to be a huge bonus for anyone who catches him. But it's all rumors, of course."

Ella scrunched up her face, "please don't tell me about your sex life, that is something I don't need to know anything about" she shook her head. She sighed softly, especially since she lacked one and would jump any guy that would offer her a fun night. Maybe not. She laughed at her own inner thoughts, Ella could be somewhat desperate sometimes.

Peter laughed shaking his head, "they ask me all the time how I manage to get pictures of him and not call the cops" he shrugged thinking about it. "I think he does more for the community then the cops do, at least sometimes anyway" it was true. Peter couldn't possibly turn himself in that was just crazy. "So what did you want to do later then?"
