Amy went to work and then home. She was laying in her bed when she got a call.

Matt had a big fight tonight, against a boxer in the weight class above his own. But this was MMA not boxing, so size wasn't everything

Amy listened to her friend talk about the fight her boyfriend was watching on tv when she heard her talk about Matt. Was it him? The Matt she knew on tv?

Matt was bouncing in the diamond, warming up for the fight. He could only hope he wouldnt get seriously injured, MMA was after all a blood sport

Amy turned on the tv and sat there on the phone staring at Matt. He was amazing looking up there. He looked completely focused and yet she felt a lump in her throat and a pit in the botttom of her stomach.

Matt smirked and jumped into the fight, swinging punches.

Amy winced as the fight began but she knew Matt could do it. He was strong but it didn't affect her any less.

Matt got knocked to the ground and dragged his opponent down with him. He slipped into an arm bar pulling tight on the submission manoeuvre

Amy felt her heard miss a beat and her stomach rising into her throat. She swallowed and bit her lip praying for this to be over. Amy wanted to be there to make sure he was okay after he got done. She had no idea the kind of high that comes from a fight and how often sex was the first thing on the mind of a fighter after a fight. She wouldn't go to him but maybe he wouuld come to her place, or call her.

Matt smirked a pulled harder on the hold making his opponent tap out. He smiled lightly as he rose to his feet and headed back to the library

Amy sighed as the match ended realizing she had been holding a breath. She said good bye to her friend before calling Matt.

Matt was ampted up pacing around the locker room. He answered his phone as it rang, "hey," he said

"Hi... I saw your uhh match." She said relaxing some hearing his voice. "You did great!" Amy smiked gently.

Matt smiled, 'thanks, want to come over to mine later?" he asked lightly

"To your place?" She asked hoping so. She smiled and nodded though he couldn't see it. She did want to see him.

Matt nodded, "sounds good," he said lightly

Amy smiled. "Okay, what time?" She asked just to be sure. Amy felt the butterfly's in her belly. She wanted to be there with him. Somehow watching his fight had done something inside her and she wanted to be there. Amy wasn't as good of a girl as she seemed. She had needs and had no problem finding someone to take care of them.

Matt smiled, "in an hour?" he asked lightly. He wanted to see her, so much.
