Kim laughed softly and shook her head a bit. "And that cat hated you."

Jimmy nodded his head and smiled at her. "I don't think I want anymore animals for a while," he chuckled.

Kim shrugged a shoulder slightly as she walked over and sat down on the bed. "I don't think I need any animals. A child is enough for me right now even though Matt took her away from me," Kim muttered angrily.

Jimmy sighed. "He's just trying to help," he shrugged.

Kim shook her head as she looked up at Jimmy. "Nothing can help me except for myself and if I want to get better. But I really don't. i hate my life and I hate what I've done to myself."

"You can always get better," Jimmy said.

"It's a lot harder than it seems, Jimmy. I was better before we broke up and I was better before I got into that accident," Kim sighed as she shook her head.

Kim looked up at Jimmy and blinked a few times. "I'm not like you. I don't have people who care about me and want to help. You're probably just doing this out of pity and to get revenge on me by sickening me with you and your new girlfriend."

"And that's why you have nobody, Kim. Because you're automatically a bitch to people for no reason. I'm offering you my home and you're still standing there bitching instead of thanking me because I totally could have left your ads out on the street."

"I dont do the things I do and say the things I say on purpose, okay?" Kim frowned as she turned away from him and walked to the window, staring out of it. She didn't like the fact that Jimmy was acting like he was saving her life and saving her from sleeping under a bridge or something. But she wasn't going to say anything for the sake of her sanity.

"Well maybe you need help then," Jimmy said. "You're not going to stay here if you're just gonna be rude to me the whole time."

"I have been getting help. Matt broke up with me and sent me away to be by myself. So I can work on myself without the criticism of others like you," Kim snorted as she turned to face him. "I'm glad you let me live here but I really don't need you calling me a bitch and snapping on me when I already think so lowly of myself enough for everyone else."

Jimmy scoffed. "I'm hardly criticizing you, Kim. I'm telling you like it is. You're going to get nowhere in life if you just plan on getting mad and bitching at people for no reason." He was already about to lose his shit and it had only been ten minutes. She still didn't realize how much of a bad person she was being to everyone because she was so focused on herself.

Kim just ignored Jimmy as she continued to stare out the window. She couldn't belive how selfish Jimmy was being by acting like she had to worry about everyone else. Right now she had to focus on herself or she wasn't going to get better at all. She needed to do this all without being criticized because she knew how she was and she didn't need other people constantly reminding her. "You think I don't know? I told you already, I don't need you constantly reminding me when I'm constantly reminding myself and trying to change my thought process. You're going to help make it worse if you keep calling me names and shit. I need to do this on my own without your input, JAmes. Especially when I just told you I'm already hard enough on myself without everyone else being hard on me." Kim clenched her eyes shut for a moment before blinking them open and turning, walking out of the room and heading for her car. Like her counselor told her, walk away from fights. That's what she needed to do. She wasn't going to stick around and fight with Jimmy when it was pointless and he didn't understand.
