Sonia resisted the urge to swear profusely at the dark haired male. Instead she allowed him to take her books considering she couldn't be bothered carrying them. "Thanks," she deadpanned before she started walking off hating it that she had to stay in step with the dark haired male.

As she walked along she could feel eyes on her she just took deep breaths and tried to ignore them, she was positive she heard whispers about her and the fact that she was allowing Carter Walker walk beside her let alone carry her books.

"Sonia barely knows me, she, like the rest of the school have put a label on me and no matter what I do I will always be bad guy."Arin stated with a shrug of his shoulders. It was the truth, he had aways had the label of being a bad boy because he always had an opinion and an attitude.

There was no denying that he definitely lived up to his name but that didn't mean he couldn't be nice. It was just something he rarely showed but for Gracie it was different. Money was involved. Who was he kidding he was a prick that was good at acting.

Carter rolled his eyes a little as he walked. He could tell she didn't like this - and that partially thrilled and partially killed him. Was he really that unlikable?! He didn't think so. This whole scheme was to get with Sonia - and he was going to come out victorious.

"Hey - lighten up there, cutiepie. You're going to give yourself wrinkles. There's no reason to be so upset with walking with me - come on. Give me a chance. I'm not a bad guy."

Gracie sighed a little and nodded her head. "Well - I don't think you're a bad guy. I know, that doesn't mean much or anything... But just so you know." She said. She was so innocent. She felt dumb for even saying what she had said now - she felt like it made her sound really stupid - and it probably had...

"I'm sorry... That was, dumb." She said lifhtly and blushed, looking away from him. Man, she was a mess!

Sonia looked at the male that was carrying her books arching one of her brows. Sighing she gave up and allowed herself a small smile. She was still wary but the truth was two could play this game. He was going to be nice to her? She was going to use that to her advantage. "Fine, I will give you a chance, one chance... you screw up... you're not going to like the consequences." she stated before a wide smile spread across her face.

Maybe this way she could somehow coax the truth out of him and find out what both him and Arin are up to.

Arin smiled, "Not at all, it's the nicest thing anyone at this hellhole has said to me in years." The dark haired male noticed the blush that spread across the blondes face and he couldn't deny how cute she looked. All embarrassed and innocent.

Hopefully he could break that innocence soon though. "Well here we are," he smiled stopping in front of the classroom door.

Carter smiled a little. He saw her slowly starting to break down and he was excited about that. He was so in - and he was going to get her to break down to him. That was a good thing. He smirked a little and nodded his head.

"Fine - fine. One chance and I'm going to show you that I've changed, okay Sonia?" He asked her and smiled, shaking his head. "How about tonight - you and me, a date?" He asked.

Gracie smiled a little as he spoke and that made her feel good. What was this - was this flirting? She wasn't even sure. She didn't know anything about flirting at all and she just liked that he was being nice to her like this.

'Well um.. Thank you for walking me to class." She said with a blush. She still didn't understand why he did - but she was still glad that he had.

Sonia smiled at the male, "Alright. Pick me up at seven." with that the red head turned and entered her class leaving the dark haired male standing in the hallway. A smirk spread across her face. She was going to let him enjoy tonight because after this date she was going to spice things up. Quickly she walked over and took her seat just as the teacher entered greeting the students with a warm welcome.

Arin nodded his head looking down at her, "It's no trouble. If you ever need help I am always here." he smiled at her before gently reaching out and tucking a strand of her blonde hair behind her ear. He waited for her to enter the class before turning and walking off a smirk spreading across his face.

This was going to be fun.

Carter was more than a little surprised when she agreed to it. He figured it would take more of a fight but he was glad he got her to agree... If that was that easy - he would have no trouble getting her into bed and he was going to be so excited for it. "See you then cutiepie!" He told her happily and chuckled, nodding his head. He was so happy that that went so well.

Gracie blushed and nodded. She opened her mouth to speak and he was suddenly tucking some hair behind her ear so she was at a loss for words. She managed a small smile, weakly, and squeaked softly. "Um, thanks..." She said finally and then hugged her books, turning away from him and blushing as she walked into her classroom.

Sonia had just walked out of her last class and was heading towards the car park when she spied Gracie walking around looking lost so she walked over to her. "Hey Gracie," she smiled warmly. When the blonde turned to look at her she decided to offer her a lift, "Do you need a lift home? You look kinda lost," she chuckled lowly. That was when she spied Carter and Arin. She hoped they didn't spot them but unfortunately they did and they had begun to saunter over.

Arin was walking out of the school when he spied the beautiful blonde elbowing Carter he indicated the feisty red head was there to. "Come on," he chuckled before walking toward them. He was only a few steps away when he spoke.

"Good afternoon ladies," he shot them a charming smile earning a scoff and disgusted eye roll from Sonia but a cute blush from Gracie. "Do either of you pretty young things need a lift?"

"Nope, my cars here." Sonia shot out but he turned to the blonde and waited for her answer. "And you?" he asked gently.

Gracie smiled a little as she looked up to find Sonia. Her first real friend - and here she was offering her a ride. She smiled and was just about to answer when the boys cut her off. She gasped a little and looked between Sonia and Arin.

"Um... Um... I think Sonia was just offering me a ride but..." She didn't know how to respond - he had taken an interest in her and she kinda liked that... A lot.

Carter kept his little secret that he had a date with Sonia later away from Arin. But he happily followed him in his futile attempts to get the little blonde to open up to him... He was totally winning this bet - and he could tell it right now.

After Arin's offer, he chuckled and winked at Sonia. "Can't wait for our date tonight cutiepie!" He said, hoping to annoy Arin jusf a little.

Sonia could see that the blonde was unsure and as much as the red head would prefer she went with her she knew it was her decision. However when Carter spoke cockily of their date she could have strangled him right there and then. She wanted to wipe the cocky smirk of his face. Instead she forced a smile, "The highlight of my night," she said sarcastically.

"Well in that case, perhaps Carter should get a ride with you and I take Gracie here, getting her out of your hair..." Arin spoke as he draped one of his arms around the blonde. Looking at Carter then back to Arin she knew this was how it was going to be.

"Fine," she sighed.

Arin smiled before leading Gracie away from the red head, however he was stopped when his arm was gripped tightly and he was forced back, "You try anything and I will castrate you," her words were fierce his eyes locked with hers and he saw the seriousness in them. He snatched his arm back before smiling at her and nodding his head before returning to the blonde.

"So, the car's this way," he smiled at her as he lead her toward his baby.

Carter smirked a little at Arin's little performance there - the way he slung his arm over Gracie and the way that he took control of the situation. He had to beat him at that...

"Now - that's better isn't it? Just you and me together!" He said with a smirk as he watched her. "Don't pout like that... Not that it's not cute - but you have to admit that you like me anyway!" He teased her.

Gracie smiled lightly, gasping as he draped his arm over her shoulders and she blushed, feeling a little nervous.

"Why are you so interested in taking me home?" She asked softly, innocently. No one had ever taken an interest in her and she thought it was weird that he was now... She didn't mind so to speak, she just didn't understand it at all.

"Thnak you though..."

Sonia suppressed the urge to scoff and roll her eyes at the dark haired male. "Just get in the truck," she snapped as she pulled her door open and chucked her bag over the front seat before slumping down and starting the engine of her old beaten up truck. The engine growled into life before she reversed out of the car-park speeding out of the school not wanting to be seen by anyone with Carter in her car.

The drive was silent and uncomfortable so she reached forward and turned on her radio, a smile spread across her face as McBusted's Get Over It leaked through the speakers, Tom Fletcher's voice washing over her making her slightly giddy. Before she could stop herself she had began to sing along to the track.

Arin looked at the blonde as they approached his nicely polished Porsche, "Well I couldn't have you riding with Carter and Sonia, that would have been a horrible experience, I would imagine by now the red head is trying so hard not to push him out of the passenger seat. Carter can be a bit of a pain in the ass!" he sighed dramatically before unlocking the vehicle the two had appeared in front of.

"It's the least I can do," he smiled before opening the door for the blonde helping her into the car before closing the door and walking around stepping into his seat as he chucked his bag in the back.

[yes, I'm so sorry, I've been so busy!]

Carter chuckled a little and climbed into the truck. "Nice car." He said with a slight smirk and a chuckle in his tone. He couldn't help but think that she was super hot when she was angry. She got the cutest face of annoyance and he liked it. It was actually really adorable - and all he wanted to do was nail her and get the money. He didnt care about her but she was still pretty cute.

There was quiet as she turned on music and he bobbed his head to the beat, enjoying it. He chuckled softly and then smiled, turning to look at her. He could suddenly hear her voice and he was enjoying it. "Well don't you have a pretty little voice." He said, unable to keep from thinking dirty things.

Gracie giggled a little and nodded her head. "Yeah, Sonia doesn't seem to like you two very much. What is with all of you?" She asked, feeling a little more confident when she was alone with him. The way he looked at her just made her feel good - and for once she wasn't shy about it.

"Thanks!" She said as he opened her door for her and she slid herself in, watching him as he walked around.

Arin watched as the blonde stepped into his car, he couldn't help but lick his lips at how great she looked against the dark leather. "Not real sure we used to be friends back when we were like thirteen-fourteen but then something happened and she just turned sour towards us all." it wasn't a lie, Arin and Sonia had been friends for years but the older they became the more they changed. Closing the door he walked around to the drivers side. She became more interested in study and music and he found women and a group of guys that had the same interest as him.

"So where am I taking you?" he asked as he started the engine and began to drive out of the school park.

Sonia turned her head to look at the male who sat next to her, she wasn't sure how to take the compliment. Was she supposed to say thank you or just stay silent? From the look on his face she chose to stay silent. She knew he was thinking something dirty and she had no desire to fuel that on by thanking him.

"Right where am I taking you?" she ground out returning her attention to the road ahead of her trying to suppress urge to swear at the male as his eyes watched her. She wanted him out and she wanted him out now.

Gracie sighed and nodded her head, biting her lip as she thought about what he said. "Well then, maybe we can turn her around." She said with a smile. She didn't see anything wrong with Arin. He seemed really nice actually and she wouldn't mind getting to know him... Anyway - he seemed interested in her as well...

"Um... North Washington Street... 471 North Washington Street." She told him with a blush. It sounded right - she always had such a hard time getting used to new addresses. That was never fun..

Carter chuckled and shook his head. "Oh really baby? The silent treatment? Don't you know that only drives a guy crazy?" He said with a chuckle. He then sighed and looked out the window.

"Don't you remember where I live?" He asked teasingly and shook his head. "Tsk tsk... 6th Street. The big blue house on the corner. A good party venue." He said. "And I know I tease you - but that's going to change. I think we could really be friends. Forgive me?" He asked her. He knew being a dick wasn't going to get anywhere with her - unlike some girls.

"I highly doubt either of us would be able to sway Sonia McLean she is as stubborn as a mule. If she doesn't like a person she doesn't like them." Okay that wasn't necessarily true but Gracie didn't need to know that. Looking out the corner of his eyes he looked at the blonde seeing the way she blushed as she recounted her address for him.

"Not that far away from school," he smiled lightly, trying to keep it light hearted when all he really wanted to do was pull the car over and lean over and kiss her. She was so innocent and he wanted to wreck havoc on it.

"You're such a dick Carter, has anyone ever told you that? As for what you and Arin are up to I will find out what it is. But I have a feeling it involves money." Sonia stated as turned to look at the male briefly. "If your aim is to try and get in my good books so I have sex with you you are so barking up the wrong tree." the red head stated as she continued to look at the road in front of you. "As for the date tonight. I only did it to shut you up." with that the red head spun into the males drive way putting the break on and turning to look at him. "Do you need help getting out?"
