Wolves

Ricky smiled widely. He grabbed her hand walked with her in the trees. "Wanna find a place to eat?" he asked. He knew that he would have to take her back to his place to get the car. They lived out in the middle of the forest on the edge of town. There wasn't much of an option to walk into town.

Audrey grinned up at him. "You're such a sweetheart, aren't you?" she asked. The wind blew and made her shiver lightly. "It's beautiful out here, but can we get inside? I'm practically naked."

Cheryl smiled walking with Ricky, "That sounds like a good idea. Because I am freezing." She told him smiling.

Chris laughed nodding his head, "Yeah come on lets get you back inside." He told her taking her inside and keeping her close to him.

Ricky walked with her through the trees to his house. He went inside and grabbed his keys. He opened the door to his car for her before slipping into the driver's seat.

The party was still going on. The girl that had been scolded by Chris was pouting and mad about it. I could see her trying to get back at me or him. I looked around to see if I could find Cheryl, but I guessed she had already left. My ex hadn't though, and he was walking up to us. "You look sexy," he muttered obviously drunk. "Wanna have a three some with Brian and me?"

Cheryl smiled sitting in the car with Ricky, "I love where you live." She whispered to him softly. "Just by its self."

Chris narrowed his eyes, "She wants you to leave her alone, you fucker." Chris growled lowly blocking Audrey off.

"It's a nice place, but the whole pack lives here," Ricky said. "Depends on how you feel about roommates."

Max looked over Chris. "And what makes you think that she would want that," he asked.

Audrey groaned. "Get lost," she muttered, already passed annoyed. "My boyfriend doesn't like you and neither do I."

"I didn't know you liked bossy men," he pushed, not backing off. He was drunk and stupid. He wasn't going anywhere.

Cheryl laughed, "I see." She smiled at him as she took and glanced out the window. She couldn't believe she was the mate to someone. Someone so handsome and gorgeous as him. She took and looked over at him and blushed lightly before staring out the window.

Chris narrowed his eyes at Max, "I'm not bossy." Chris warned the fool as he drew back and punched him square in the nose. "I'd advise you to fuck off before I fuck you up." Chris sighed taking Audrey's hand into his and shaking his head. "Guess some people don't learn." He smiled down at her.

Ricky looked over at her for a second when he was at a stop sign. He turned down the road that would take him to town. There was a small café on this edge of town that no one really knew about. The pack had known about it by accidentally stumbling on it during a run.

Audrey shook her head. "Come on. Let's get out of here," she said, noticing the looks between the two. "He's just stupid, and it's amplified because he's drunk. There's not a need for you to go prison for nearly killing him." She walked out of the house and on the street to her apartment when she realized that she really didn't want to go home just yet.

Cheryl smiled when she caught him looking at her, "Can I just say how nice this is?" She smiled at him lightly.

Chris glanced at her and smiled at her, "Would you like to go eat?" He smiled asking her.

Ricky smiled. "Yeah, it is," he said. "The pack eats here before or after a run sometimes. It's usually after a run where we didn't catch anything." He grabbed her hand and walked inside.

"I would love some food," Audrey replied with a bright smile. She still had her hand knotted together with his. It was nice being like this with him walking under the road with street lamps placed every so often. It wasn't as bright as it would be in town, but it wasn't so dark that she couldn't see.

Cheryl held to his hand as she saw people staring at her. She looked down at her costume and sighed forgetting that she'd been in it. She held to his hand and ignored it smiling.

Chris held onto her hand and smiled. He took and walked with her heading to town. It wasn't that bad of a walk, and he'd enjoying walking with her, in the nature's path.

Ricky noticed the people looking at Cheryl. He glared at the guys drooling at her. He didn't like other guys looking at his mate like they wanted her. She was his, and it was that simple.

Audrey walked with Chris enjoying the night. The sounds of birds and bugs filled the air. She didn't feel the need to talk at that moment. The night was too beautiful to feel the air with unnecessary conversation in that moment.

Cheryl squeezed his hand, "Calm down." She whispered lightly in his hear and smiled.

Chris slid his arm around her as he walked with his arm draped around her. He smiled down at her enjoying the peacefulness the night time was bringing to the small town.

"It's kind of hard when every guy in this place wants in your pants," Ricky whispered in his ear.

Audrey walked with him in the town wearing the pink leotard and bunny ears. She didn't really care that she looked odd. It was Halloween, and this was the only time she dressed up like this. She leaned into Chris's side with his arm around her.

Cheryl held to his hand and lent over to his ear, "If it helps. I only want you." She whispered into Ricky's ear.

Chris smiled taking her to a little bistro he'd discovered a few days. Their coffee was amazing along with the deserts and subs they served.

Ricky smiled. "You are amazing," he replied and sat down in a booth. He grabbed the menus and handed one to her. "Order what you want," he told her.

Audrey looked around at the place. "This looks nice," she commented, leaning into his side lightly.

Cheryl smiled and looked the menu over. She saw the waiter and ordered a burger and fry. She smiled at Ricky, "Thank you." She told him.

Chris smiled. "It is. Order whatever you want." Chris told her.

Ricky ordered him some food. "You're welcome," he said smiling.

Audrey ordered one of the specialties and thanked Chris for it. "I'm curious about something, " she said.

Chris looked at Audrey, "Yeah, what is it?" He smiled at her.

Cheryl smiled at Ricky and admired him before glancing out the window.

Audrey looked at him. "If that one wasn't with you and you don't normally get very close to humans, why was it that close?" she said, trying to make it sound like a normal conversation as much as she could. A couple Of guys were looking over at drooling at the lack of clothes she had on.
