Despite her rational arguments, the Rochester household did not want to hear about her opinions. The wedding date had already been set along with the rest of the necessary appointments. "This is completely uncalled for." She stated, practically begging for her parents to take away the curse that was Killian. Her advances were to no avail though. Her mother explained that they would be meeting Killian tonight for the first time at a local restaurant for a toast to celebrate the merging. Evelyn was expected to her on her best behavior, mocking her like a little child. Of course, she shouldn't have expected less from her parents to pawn her off as an investment strategy. Moving out of the living room, she made her way up the spiral staircase towards her bedroom to prepare for the evening. Evelyn let out a sigh, softly closing the door behind her. Growing up, she had everything she could ever want down to the sheets on her bed. Now, it seemed like the complete opposite. She moved towards her closet then started to thumb through her clothing, reaching out for the red knee-length dress.

Kevin packed up all of his belongings into his jet black backpack. He had given up on the math problem and didn't want to worry about it for another second. Math and Kevin never did get along. For now, he wanted to get something to satisfy his stomach's hunger. Kevin was sure that he had been shushed by the librarian at least several times because of the growling. Slinging the backpack over his shoulder, he readjusted the straps for a more comfortable fit before proceeding to leave. He made his way to the cafeteria hall across campus, hoping that it wasn't the lunch rush crowd. Entering inside, he found to his dismay that there was a herd of people inside, pushing and shoving to reach the food. Kevin merely shook his head in disapproval before deciding to come back later when it was more manageable.
